EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
IriTracker only allows authorized administrators to have full control of adding, editing, and deleting employee(s) whose information is required to enable checking in and out of attendance. IriTracker also facilitates control over employees statuses within a company through which an administrator can manage the number of eligible active employees, resigned or terminated employees, and temporary laid-off employees.
Once enrolled, employees must either capture their irises or input their passwords to have their attendance events recorded into IriTracker. The recorded working hours will reflect the absence, punctuality, tardiness, duplication and/or overtime of all employees. In cases of sickness, vacation, holidays or any other unexpected situations, the administrator can flexibly add, edit, or delete one or more pairs of check-in and check-out times.
All news, announcements, meeting schedules, and information can be easily announced to employees with IriTracker s Bulletin Board. An administrator will be able to create one or more bulletins and assign the recipients of the bulletins to either departments or separate individuals. Whenever employees check in, this bulletin will be shown immediately to catch their attention. Only an authorized administrator is allowed to create, edit, and delete bulletins.
IriTracker reduces errors and the time spent on manual payroll calculations. It will automatically generate different types of reports that will determine the number of working hours within a certain period of time. Employers can observe employees attendance, track working performance, and identify any attempt of theft, vandalism, and violation. IriTracker also allows the administrator to export these reports for purposes such as payment processing or to print out the hardcopy for review.
