FAQ Sections 1. As an end user do I need to make any changes on my desktop/laptop, mobile, Blackberry? This process is totally automated. No changes are required to be done by you. But we encourage you to test the change once you get intimation email that change is executed for you by TIM. 2. How would new email ID appear to outside world such as customers, partners etc.? You will get a new TechMahindra.Com email address which would be in the format as FirstName.LastName@TechMahindra.com 3. Would my Display name change the way in appear in the Global Address Book (GAL)? Yes. The display name will be changed from Firstname_Lastname to Firstname Lastname E.g. Amit_Pandya to Amit Pandya. 4. Would I continue to receive email on my OLD MahindraSatyam.Com email ID? Yes, you would continue to receive emails sent to your old email address. But the mails which you reply or send will bear the new TechMahindra.Com email address now. 5. Does my user ID (domain/LAN login ID change)? No, this change will not affect your user ID. 6. Do I need to change my Outlook client signature with new email ID? No, you do not need to change your current signature. Your signature will automatically contain the new email address once this change has been implemented. 7. Do I need to test after change happens to my mailbox? Even though TIM team has done extensive testing, we encourage you to test the functionality so that everything works as expected by you. Do I need to communicate my Email ID change to my customers, partners etc.? It would be beneficial if you communicate your new email ID at the earliest.

9. Would there be any change to OLD distribution list (DL)? As of now there are no changes to be made to old DLs. 10. Would I continue to receive emails as part of OLD Distribution list (DL)? Yes, as long as you are member of the DL, you will continue to receive emails sent to respective DL. 11. Whom do I reach in case I experience any issues after this change? Any issues regarding the new email ID should to be raised with CSD via Intranet: http://servicedesk.techmahindra.com:8181/arsys > Email>New Email ID issues Internet: https://techmservicedesk.techmahindra.com > Email>New Email ID issues and/or TIMEmailMigration@TechMahindra.com
