Description
Todays advanced broadband networks must support a variety of voice, video, and data services. A key requirement of these systems is the powering of equipment located on customer premises. This raises the current carrying requirements of the networks to higher than previously experienced. Scientific-Atlantas new family of Multimedia Passives is designed for deployment in these networks. The higher current and 1 GHz frequency ratings of the directional couplers, splitters and power inserters, coupled with outstanding insertion loss and hum modulation specifications ensures their reliable performance in the most demanding applications.
