Further more as in line with my right to a fair hearing witness's will again be supoenad to the said hearing, these will be delivered by the end of business on the 30th of July 2013. The said statutory fee as prescribed in the LRA shall be paid over before the said date of the hearing. Witness fees (1) The fee payable to a witness in terms of section 142(7) of the Act is the total of- (a) R200 for each day or part of a day during which the witness is required to be present at any proceedings; and (b) reasonable substantiated travel and subsistence expenses incurred by the witness in order to be present at those proceedings.
