let's start the journey from the time we got into the bus... we actually had to wait until 330pm bus trip from partas going to laoag and it's an 8 hour drive. i was quite comfortable at the beginning but i was kind of irritated when we had to stop so often to take passengers along the road and what's annoying was that even though the bus was jam-packed and passengers had to stand on the isle, they didnt care. i thought that it was going to be a smooth travel but it wasn't. th at is why it takes 8 hours... doing the math, maybe it would take atleast 6 and a half to just 7 hours for private cars with just a few stops. anyway, as we rea ch laoag, we had difficulty finding another trip going to pagudpud since it was already 1130 pm and there were no minibuses or van going to pagudpud at that tim e anymore. good thing there were others like us, bound for the same place. what we did was that we hired a jeepney to take us to our destination and just shared with the fare.
