Rational for choosing this project schedule is so that we can keep a time line as to when the web site will be up and running. The students will need to know that there are certain deadlines they will have to meet in order to finish before the semester is over. Since the students are stakeholders in this project its essential that they have something to present to other stakeholders such as parents and administration.

Rational for choosing Risk analysis is that in the event that one of these risks happen, there needs to be an action to manage the risk. There is a good chance that any one of these risks can happen in the school. The computers will need to be monitored everyday and maintained for everyday use. The district will handle all updates and upgrades on the computer lab.

Students will forget their user name and passwords She will be given an overview of the progress for the websites Students will need daily information from Ms. Klein, such as examples and resources the students can use for their sites. Rational for choosing communication: There needs to be constant communication between stakeholders. The work that will be done on the websites needs to be shared to all that are involved in the project. Student work will be graded and the work will be showcased to all stakeholders so that everyone can see the progression in this course. The hope is that this pilot course can evolve into another possible course in the future such as programming.
