Design
Single stage vertical tubular casing pump with semi axial impeller, submerged hydraulic assembly, discharge nozzle above or below floor, welded riser pipes, nonwithdrawable rotating assembly.

Bearings and lubrication

Shafts supported in medium-lubricated, highly wear-resistant ResidurR bearings, grease-lubricated anti--friction bearing in the drive stand to compensate rotor weight and axial thrust.

Shaft sealing
Packed gland at discharge nozzle above floor, ResidurR plain bearing working as throttle bush at discharge nozzle below floor.

Flexible drive coupling. Once the motor is mounted, the coupling and anti--friction bearing are protected from dirt. Simple installation. The recess in the drive stand motor flange facilitates mounting of the motor. Sealed anti--friction bearing can be relubricated. Compact thrust bearing and drive coupling --minimal wear in the event of shaft whip, imbalances or reaction forces. Shaft sealing through packed glands. Maintenance--free highly wear resistant Residurr bearing unit as shaft seal is available in EB mounting arrangement.

Long--life product lubricated Residurr bearing unit, pump is immediately operated without prelubrication, maintenance--free, non--polluting. Operation not impaired by contaminated products! Self alignment maintained by the use of flanged connections with internal sealing faces.

Minimal shaft deflection thanks to impeller mounting arrangement between bearings.
