Introductory Activity - Korean simple dance routine for children b. Presentation Let the pupils read and ponder the poem written by Rudyard Kipling. Give the following questions after reading the material c. Developmental activities Present the Fitness Continuum d. Development of Concept Warm-up exercise Overload, Progression and specificity FITT- frequency, intensity, time, type Health-R elated Fitness - Cardio-respiratory Endurance - Muscular Strength - Flexibility Skill- Related Fitness - Balance - Power - Agility e.
