IIT Kharagpur. GATE-2014 organizing committee has notified that all the examinations will be online. No pre-final engineering students are eligible. GATE marks will be valid for TWO years from the date of commencement of results.

Type of Questions: GATE-2014

Multiple Choice Questions Each of the multiple choice objective questions contains four options, out of which one correct answer is to be marked. Common Data Questions Question number 48, 49, 50, 51 are common data questions. Linked Answer Questions Question 52, 53 and 54, 55 are linked answer questions. If first question is answered correctly only then second question will be evaluated. If first question is unanswered then second question will not be evaluated. If first question is wrongly answered then second question will not be evaluated Numerical Type Questions A number as the answer should be entered using mouse and virtual keyboard on the monitor. No negative marking for Numerical Data Type Questions
