Academic Director, Summit Achievement, Stow, ME 2013-Present Uses knowledge of curriculum development, response to intervention, and special education to develop personal learning plans for students in a therapeutic wilderness program. Supervises and provides professional development opportunities for four classroom teachers to ensure that best practices are being utilized in the classroom. Serves on the Board of Directors, focusing on curriculum development and program expansion. Communicates with public and private schools to ensure credit transfer for clients. Educates Educational Consultants about the academic program in an effort to expand the client base for the institution.
