Agreement Permanent Recruitment Services

This agreement made on 18th July 2013 at Chennai between M/S CAR CARes, whose registered office is located at __________________________________________________________________________ represented by Mr. Vibhu and M/S D Recruitment Company, whose registered office is located at No: 2, 2nd street, Shakti Nagar, Keelkatalai, Chennai 600117 represented by Deepak Josey. D Recruitment Company is desirous of signing a contract with CAR CARes to provide professionals for employment under the following terms and conditions. 1. Our search terms for providing recruitment support would be as below: Onetime placement fee of INR 10000 / placement for Technician (Car detailing) 2. We would charge a service fee on the invoice as directed by Government of India Central Excise Department. Taxes will be applicable as per the nomination made by Government of India. 3. D Recruitment Company guarantees that all information obtained in the course of an assignment would be kept strictly confidential. We expect our clients to respect all information of confidential nature as provided by us. 4. All the details of the open position to be communicated through e-mail by the client. 5. If the candidate leaves within 30 dates from his/her date of joining on his/her own accord, D Recruitment Company will provide a replacement for the same at no extra cost or the amount paid against such invoice will be adjusted towards subsequent invoices or refunded to CAR CARes. In case the candidate leaves the organization with in a stipulated replacement period, the client would need to intimate the same through a formal email communication to D Recruitment Company within 3 days of the candidate leaving. 6. The invoice would be raised on the day of the candidate joining duty and the fee is payable in 30 days from the date of invoice. 7. In case of a candidate referred by D Recruitment Company is not selected or decides not to join or is placed on hold and subsequently the same candidate is hired by CAR CARes for the same/different requirement within a period of 180 days from the date of referring the placement charges will apply in accordance to the agreed rates. 8. Validity: The agreement is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of signing.

9. Non- poach agreement D Recruitment Company will not poach any candidates from CAR CARes during the agreement validity period and one year beyond the agreement validity period. 10. Termination of Agreement: The agreement will terminate on the happening of any one or more of the following events. On the expiry of its term or if either party terminates this agreement by giving a prior notice of at least 30 days in writing to the other party or by mutual consent of the parties.
