1.

When are you available to start working?

Ill be ready to work whenever the company decides. Im anxious to show my potential every time and to learn the most from each opportunity.

2.

Tell me about your work experience.

Sure, the most relevant work experience I have, and by the way the most appropriate to this job, is as a private English tutor for particular institutes and for individuals as well. As a teacher of varied groups, ages and characters, I have learnt to deal with different persons and situations in all English-based contexts. In my University I also helped some classes and as a student leader highly know in the social media and the internet, I gained team-player skills, social skills, and multi-tasking skills; as well as dealing stressful situations.

3.

Why do you want to work at Convergys?

Well, I do have that as my goal. Convergys is very well known for its high standards of corporation honesty, productiveness, good labour environment, and as a great place for personal development and innovation. All of this, not common in my country, makes the company a great place to join and contribute, knowing that I will be challenged in such a company as well.

4.

How long are you planning to work with us?

Well, first of all, if I get the job -which I know, Ill give my best to- and knowing the companys compromise and treatment with its employees, I wouldnt leave my position unless it becomes mandatory; and since my time requirements as far as my studies goes are already suspended for this coming semester, so I can say at least for the next 6 months Ill be available full -time. 5. Where do you see yourself in 6 months / 5 years?

As for the short period I see myself having already learnt and given a lot in my first position and being able to escalate and improve in them as well, so that in a longer period like that of 5years, I could eventually be a really important part of the company being able to relate my studies and contribute professionally to it.

6. Do you feel comfortable working in an environment that requires sitting, talking, typing, Reading at the same time; in front of a computer for 8 hours? Yes, actually its been a bit similar to the multi-tasking I as student did. You know, talking to my mates while typing for the investigations and works, surfing the net, chatting on FB while calling my girlfriend, and being aware of the things around me. So, yes, Ive been in periods of 8 hours doing many of these tasks. I think Ill be ready for it. 7. How do you handle conflicts? (Tell me about an experience where you had to handle conflict.)

Well, some things actually happen when we are working on a team... but I really don t keep it personal. I try my best to avoid having conflicts... I d rather go and talk to the person indirectly to see if he/she is somewhat bothered by my actions or attitudes and then make sure we can do something about it. If it s not any possible, Ill just let it go. That same thing occurred to me when I was at the university with a professor for whom I had great respect and he said an statement of mine was incorrect even though it was originally uttered by an special authority on the topic; but I didn't quarrel with him, and rather talked to him privately showing the quotation from which I had my statement and then the whole problem got solved. 8. If I ask a friend what kind of person you are what would they say?

He/she would think of me as an active, enthusiastic, smart and quick-witted person, very kind and friendly, who is able to take complicated situations and solve them with dialogue and resolution. 9. How many times would you consider it acceptable to be late to work in a month? Honestly, it all depends. It shall never be acceptable to be late at work, thats irresponsibility; nevertheless we could try to be understandable whenever a fortuitous situation comes. But accept being late at work as a bad habit, shall never happen.

10. What do you consider good customer service to be? A good customer services definitely goes through empathy, responsibility, and care. A diligent, honest and well-minded agent is all it takes to give an excellent service. 11. How would you handle an upset or angry customer?

I would definitely have him/her calmed before ever doing anything else. For its never a good idea to let anger to rise and continue talking, we always should prevent worse situations. So Id be condescending but honest at whatever he/she needs, and then try to let him know were with him/her, not against.
