Platzieren Sie den Kopfhrer so, dass der Bgel hinter dem Kopf verluft und die Ohrbefestigungen ber den Ohren liegen. Einlegen/Entfernen des Akkus

Der Akku kann auch geladen werden, indem der Kopfhrer ber das USB-Kabel mit dem USB-Anschluss eines Computers verbunden wird. Informationen zum Akku Ladezustandsanzeige: Der Ladezustand ist anhand der LED-Farbe ablesbar. Bei niedrigem Batteriestand blinkt die LED sekndlich rot auf. LED-Farbe: Whrend des Ladens - rot, voller Ladestand - blau Ladezeit: < 3 Stunden (Die Ladezeit ist vom Ladezustand abhngig) Haltbarkeit des Akkus: Standby > 200 Std., Audio-/Sprachverbindung: > 12 Std. Da Akkus zu den Verbrauchskomponenten zhlen, verkrzt sich die Leistungsdauer im Laufe der Zeit. Erwerben Sie einen neuen Akku, wenn die Leistungsdauer deutlich abgenommen hat. Lassen Sie den Akku nicht fallen, setzen Sie ihn keinen mechanischen Krften aus, und nehmen Sie ihn nicht auseinander, da dies zu Schden oder berhitzung fhren kann. Bewahren Sie den Akku nicht in der Nhe von Hitzequellen oder Mikrowellengerten auf, da er sonst explodieren kann. Nicht in Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren. Die Verwendung schadhafter Akkus sowie der Kontakt mit der Mundschleimhaut knnen gesundheitsschdlich sein. Sollte Sie in Kontakt mit ausgetretener Akku-Flssigkeit kommen, splen Sie die betroffenen Stellen 1-2 Minuten unter ieendem Wasser ab. Verwenden Sie den Akku nicht mit anderen Gerten, da dies zu Schden fhren kann. Ein- und Ausschalten des Headsets Einschalten: ON/OFF drcken und 3-4 Sekunden lang gedrckt halten bis die LED schnell blau aufblinkt. Dann loslassen. Ausschalten: ON/OFF drcken und 3-4 Sekunden lang gedrckt halten bis die LED schnell rot aufblinkt. Dann loslassen.

Platzieren Sie zum Einsetzen die Erhebung des Akkus in der Vertiefung des Kopfhrers. Sobald die Kontakte des Akkus und des Kopfhrers sich berhren, drcken Sie den Akku an, um ihn vollstndig einzurasten.

Stecken Sie bei eingesetztem Akku ein Ende des Netzteils in eine Steckdose und das andere Ende in den USB-Anschluss des Kopfhrers.

Kopplung des Headsets mit Bluetooth-Gerten (Handy, PDA) Stellen Sie vor dem Koppeln des BSH-240-Headset mit einem Bluetooth-Gert sicher, dass das andere Gert eine der folgenden Funktionen untersttzt. A2DP, AVRCP, Freisprech- und Kopfhrerprole. Drcken Sie bei eingesetztem Akku gemeinsam die TastenVol Up & ON/OFF und halten Sie sie fr 4 Sekunden gedrckt. Lassen Sie die Tasten los, wenn die LED abwechselnd rot und blau zu blinken beginnt. Die LED blinkt dann weiterhin rot und blau. Dieser Kopplungsmodus hlt eine Minute lang an. Erfolgt innerhalb dieses Zeitraums keine Kopplung zwischen den Gerten, kehrt das Headset in den Standby-Modus zurck. Schlieen Sie die Kopplung des Bluetooth-Gerts mithilfe der Tasten oder Mens ab. (Beachten Sie dazu die jeweilige Bedienungsanleitung, da der Vorgang von Gert zu Gert unterschiedlich sein kann). berprfen Sie, dass das BSH-240 oder eine entsprechende Bluetooth-Adresse in der Liste der zu suchenden Gerte enthalten ist. Wird das Gert nicht gefunden, wiederholen Sie den Vorgang. Wenn Sie zur Eingabe des PIN-Codes aufgefordert werden, geben Sie 0000 ein. Dies ist der voreingestellte PINCode fr BSH-240 Stereo Bluetooth Headset. Einen Anruf mit dem Headset ttigen Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich Headset und Handy im Verbindungsmodus benden, und dass das Mikrofon in den USB-Anschluss des Headsets eingesteckt ist. Um ein Gesprch zu fhren, whlen Sie die gewnschte Nummer mit dem Handy. Wenn Sie den Whlton hren, drcken Sie einmal die Multifunktionstaste, um das Gesprch an das Headset zu bergeben. Um das Gesprch zu beenden, drcken Sie einmal die Taste ON/OFF. Bei Mobiltelefonen, die nur ber ein Headset-Prol verfgen, kann das Gesprch sowohl mit der Multifunktionstaste wie auch mit der ON/OFF-Taste beendet werden. Bei Bluetooth-Telefonen, die ber ein Freisprechprol verfgen, fhrt ein langes Drcken der Multifunktionstaste zur Wahlwiederholung der letzten empfangenen oder gewhlten Nummer. Zur Wahlwiederholung whrend des Musikhrens ber ein A2DP-Gert, drcken Sie lang auf die Multifunktionstaste. Hinweis: Diese Funktion wird nicht von allen Telefonen untersttzt. Der Vorgang der Wahlwiederholung kann je nach Gert abweichen. Bei einigen Telefonen wird durch das lange Drcken der Multifunktionstaste zuerst die Liste der zuletzt gewhlten und empfangen Nummern angezeigt. Bei anderen Telefonen erfolgt direkt die Wahlwiederholung der zuletzt empfangenen oder gewhlten Nummer. Bei einigen anderen Telefonen wird die Sprachwahl aktiviert.

Wenn Sie eine Sprachwahl durchfhren wollen, stellen Sie zunchst sicher, dass Ihr Telefon diese Funktion untersttzt, dass sie aktiviert ist, und dass VoiceTags gespeichert sind. Drcken Sie im Freisprechmodus eine Sekunde lang die ON/OFF-Taste. Um whrend eines Gesprchs ein Dreiergesprch zu fhren, drcken Sie kurz die Multifunktionsfunktionstaste, um das zweite Gesprch anzunehmen. Um zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Gesprch und umgekehrt zu wechseln, drcken Sie kurz die Multifunktionstaste. Hinweis: Zur Nutzung dieser Funktion mssen Sie bei einem entsprechenden Dienst angemeldet sein. Einen Anruf mit dem Headset empfangen Um einen Anruf empfangen zu knnen, mssen sich Headset und Handy im Verbindungsmodus benden und das Mikrofon muss in den USB-Anschluss des Headsets eingesteckt sein. Bei einem eingehenden Gesprch, luten sowohl das Headset wie auch das Handy und die LED des Headsets blinkt schnell blau auf. Das Gesprch kann ber das Telefon angenommen werden oder durch einmaliges Drcken der Multifunktionstaste ber das Headset. Bei Mobiltelefonen, die nur ber ein Headset-Prol verfgen, wird die ON/OFF-Taste zum Annehmen eines Gesprchs verwendet. Um das Gesprch zu beenden, drcken Sie einmal die Taste ON/OFF. Bei Mobiltelefonen, die nur ber ein Headset-Prol verfgen, kann das Gesprch sowohl mit der Multifunktionstaste wie auch mit der ON/OFF-Taste beendet werden. Wenn der Gesprchspartner das Gesprch beendet, geht das Headset automatisch in den Standby, ohne dass Sie das Gesprch mit der ON/OFF-Taste beenden mssen. Um ein Gesprch abzuweisen, drcken Sie kurz die ON/OFF-Taste. Fernbedienung Das Headset kann zur Fernbedienung von Abspielfunk tionen genutzt werde, wenn das Headset mit einem AudioGert verbunden ist, das A2DP und AVRCP untersttzt. Zum Abspielen des nchsten Titels drcken Sie die Taste Vol Up und halten Sie sie eine Sekunde lang gedrckt. Zum Abspielen des vorherigen Titels drcken Sie die Taste Vol Down und halten Sie sie eine Sekunde lang gedrckt. Fr die Funktion Pause drcken Sie die Multifunktions taste MFB whrend des Abspielens einmal. Um das Abspielen fortzusetzen, drcken Sie die Multi funktionstaste MFB erneut einmal. Fr die Funktion Stop drcken Sie die Taste ON/OFF whrend des Abspielens einmal. Fr die Funktion Replay, drcken Sie die Multifunktionstaste MFB einmal.

Das Headset erneut mit einem zuvor verbundenen Gert verbinden Wenn das Headset bereits mit einem Bluetooth-Telefon, -PDA oder -Computer gekoppelt und verbunden wurde, kann es per Tastendruck erneut mit diesem Gert verbunden werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Bluetooth-Funktion des anderen Gertes eingeschaltet wurde. Um eine erneute Verbindung mit dem Freisprechprol herzustellen, schalten Sie das Headset ein. Daraufhin wird automatisch eine Verbindung mit dem Freisprechprol hergestellt. Wenn Sie eine erneute Verbindung mit A2DP herstellen mchten, um Musik zu hren, drcken Sie kurz die Multifunktionstaste. Daraufhin wird eine Verbindung mit A2DP hergestellt. Drcken Sie zum Abspielen von Musik erneut die Multifunktionstaste. Scatternet-Verbindung Scatternet-Verbindung bedeutet, dass ein Bluetooth-Gert in der Lage ist, gleichzeitig mit zwei Gerten verbunden zu werden, also beispielsweise die gleichzeitige Verbindung des Headsets mit einem Bluetooth-Telefon und einem USB-Dongle. Das oben genannte Szenario ist nur mglich, wenn das Bluetooth-Telefon sowohl Freisprech- wie auch Kopfhrerprole untersttzt. Eine Scatternet-Verbindung kann nicht mit Bluetooth-Telefonen hergestellt werden, die A2DP untersttzen, da A2DP- fhige Telefone sowohl A2DP wie auch Freisprech- wie auch Kopfhrerprole ber das Headset verfgbar machen. ber eine Scatternet-Verbindung knnen Sie von einem Bluetooth-Telefon eingehende Anrufe annehmen, whrend Sie gleichzeitig ber ein anderes Audio-Gert, wie einen mit einem USB-Dongle verbundenen Computer, Musik hren. Zum Herstellen einer Scatternet-Verbindung koppeln und verbinden Sie zuerst das Headset mit dem BluetoothTelefon, um die Kopplungsinformationen fr das Headset im Telefon zu speichern. Als nchstes trennen Sie das Headset vom Telefon und koppeln das Headset mit dem anderen Gert, beispielsweise mit dem Computer per USB-Dongle.

Bei Kopplung und Verbindung mit dem Computer per A2DP stellen Sie eine Verbindung zwischen Headset und Bluetooth-Telefon (Sprachverbindung) vom Telefon aus her. Jetzt ist das Headset mit dem Computer per A2DP (Stereo) verbunden und mit dem Telefon ber SCO (Sprache). Bei einem eingehenden Anruf bei gleichzeitigem AudioStream vom Computer wird die Musik unterbrochen und es folgt der Klingelton. Drcken Sie zum Annehmen des Gesprchs einmal die Multifunktionstaste. Um das Gesprch zu beenden, drcken Sie einmal die Taste ON/OFF. Wenn der Gesprchspartner das Gesprch beendet, brauchen Sie die Taste ON/OFF nicht zu drcken. Wenn das Gesprch beendet ist, spielt automatisch wieder Musik. Battery can also be changed by connecting Headset to USB port of PC using the USB cable. Place the Headset such that the neckband goes behind the head and the ear hangers rest over the ears. Battery Information Battery Level Indicator: Battery level can be checked by color of LED. When battery level is low, LED ashes red every second. LED color : During charging - Red, Fully charged - Blue Charging time : < 3hours (Charging time varies with battery level) Battery Life : Standby > 200hrs, Audio /Voice Connection : >12 hrs Because of its consumable nature, battery life cycle gradually degrades over time. Purchase new battery if battery life has degraded signicantly. Do not drop battery, subject it to force or disassemble it as it may result in damage or overheating. Do not place battery near burner or microwave oven as it may explode. Keep away from the reach of children. Can be harmful when damaged battery is used or if placed in the mouth. When exposed to battery liquid, clean the exposed area under running water for 1-2 minutes. Do not use the battery with other devices as it may cause damage. Switching the Headset ON/OFF To switch on the Headset, click and hold ON/OFF for 3-4 seconds until LED ashes blue rapidly and then release button. To switch off the Headset, click and hold ON/OFF for 3-4 seconds until LED ashes red rapidly and then release button.

Mounting/Removing battery

To mount battery, place hook of battery into groove of Headset and when the terminals of battery and Headset are touching, press battery downwards to lock completely.

To remove, press the Battery Ejector button. Charging the battery Charge battery at least 2 hours before use at the time of purchase

With battery mounted onto Headset, plug one end of AC/DC adapter into AC power supply and the other into USB port of Headset.

Pairing Headset with Bluetooth Devices (Phone, PDA) Before pairing the BSH-240 Headset with Bluetooth Devices, please make sure the host device supports any of the following proles : A2DP, AVRCP, Headset/Handsfree proles. With battery mounted onto Headset, click and hold Vol Up & ON/OFF buttons together for more than 4 seconds. When LED starts to ash red and blue alternately, release the two buttons. Manipulate the buttons or menus of Bluetooth device to complete pairing (Refer to devices manual as the instructions may differ from device to device). Check if the BSH-240 or corresponding Bluetooth Address is displayed in the list of searched devices. If device is not found, repeat pairing procedure. When prompted to enter pinkey, enter 0000 which is the xed pinkey for BSH-240 Stereo Bluetooth Headset. Using the Headset to Make a Call Make sure Headset and mobile phone are in connection mode and microphone plugged into USB port of Headset. To make a call, dial from the mobile phone and when dial tone is heard, click MFB once to switch over to Headset. To end a call, press ON/OFF button once. For mobile phones supporting headset prole only, either MFB or ON/OFF button may be used to end call. For Bluetooth phones that support Handsfree Prole, clicking the MFB button in a long manner will activate the phone to redial to the last number received or called. To redial while listening to music from an A2DP device, long click MFB. Note : Some phones do not support this feature. For redialing, the procedures may differ from one device to another. For some phones, clicking the MFB in a long manner will rst activate the phone to display the list of the last numbers received or called. For others, clicking the MFB in a long manner will redial to the last number received or called directly. And again on others it will activate Voice dialing.

To voice dial, make sure your phone supports voice dialing and that it is activated and voice tags have been recorded. Press the ON/OFF button for one second in idle handsfree mode. To make a 3 way call, while on a call, short click MFB to answer second call. To switch from second call to rst call and vice versa, short click MFB. Note : This function can only be used if user has subscribed for such service. Using the Headset to Answer a Call To be able to answer a call, the Headset and mobile phone must be connected and microphone plugged into USB port of Headset. On an incoming call, bell will ring from both Headset and mobile phone and LED on Headset will ash blue rapidly. Call can be answered from phone or from Headset by pressing MFB once. For mobile phones supporting only headset prole, the ON/OFF button is used to answer incoming call. To end call, press ON/OFF button once. For mobile phones supporting only headset prole, either MFB or ON/OFF button may be used to end call. Reconnecting Headset with Previously Connected Device If the Headset has been paired and connected with Bluetooth Phone, PDA or PC, then it can be reconnected to the previously connected device via button press. Make sure the Bluetooth function of the device to be reconnected has been powered on. to reconnect to handsfree prole, simply power on headset and it will automatically connect to handsfree prole. to reconnect to A2DP for listening to music, short click MFB and it will connect to A2DP. To play music, short click MFB once again. Scatternet Connection Scatternet connection refers to the ability of one Bluetooth device to connect to two devices simultaneously. This means for instance connecting the Headset to Bluetooth phone and USB dongle at the same time. The above scenario is only possible if the Bluetooth phone supports headset and/or handsfree proles. Scatternet connection cannot be realized with Bluetooth phones supporting A2DP because A2DP enabled phone will make use of both A2DP and Headset/Handsfree proles available from headset. Via scatternet connection, you can answer incoming call from a Bluetooth phone while listening to music from another audio device like PC linked to USB dongle. To establish Scatternet Connection, rst pair and connect Headset with Bluetooth phone to save Headset pairing information in phone. Next, disconnect Headset from phone and pair Headset with the other device, for instance to PC via USB dongle. Placez le casque de telle sorte que le serre-nuque passe derrire la tte et que les attaches des oreillettes passent au dessus des oreilles. Mise en place/retrait de la batterie

La batterie peut galement tre charge en connectant le casque au port USB dun ordinateur laide du cble USB. Information sur la batterie Indicateur de niveau de la batterie permettant de vrier le niveau de charge laide de la couleur de la DEL : la DEL clignote en rouge une fois par seconde lorsque le niveau est faible. Couleur de la DEL : pendant la charge - rouge, batterie totalement charge - bleu Dure de charge : < 3 heures (le temps de charge dpend du niveau de la batterie) Autonomie de la batterie : veille > 200 heures, audio/con nexion vocale : >12 heures . Du fait de sa nature de produit consommable, la dure de vie de la batterie diminue avec le temps. Achetez une nouvelle batterie ds quelle ne remplit plus sa fonction. Ne laissez pas tomber la batterie, ne lui appliquez aucune force, ne louvrez pas ; risques de dtrioration ou de surchauffe. Ne placez pas la batterie proximit de cuisinires ou micro-ondes ; risques dexplosion. Placez la batterie hors de porte des enfants. Peut tre nocif lorsque des batteries uses sont utilises ou places dans la bouche. En cas de contact avec du liquide schappant dune batterie, nettoyez grande eau pendant 1-2 minutes. Nutilisez pas la batterie sur dautres appareils ; risques de dtrioration . Mise sous/hors tension du casque Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pendant 3-4 secondes jusqu ce que la DEL clignote rapidement en bleu, pui relchez la touche an de mettre le casque sous tension. Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pendant 3-4 secondes jusqu ce que la DEL clignote rapidement en rouge, puis relchez la touche an de mettre le casque hors tension.

Installation de la batterie : placez le crochet de la batterie dans la rainure du casque ; poussez la batterie vers le bas ds que les terminaux de la batterie sont en contact avec ceux du casque

Appuyez sur le bouton pour jecter la batterie. Charge de la batterie Chargez la batterie pendant au moins 2 heures avant la 1re utilisation.

Une fois la batterie installe dans le casque, insrez une extrmit de ladaptateur CA/CC dans une prise de courant et lautre extrmit dans le port USB du casque.

Couplage du casque avec un appareil Bluetooth (tlphone, PDA) Avant de coupler le casque BSH-240 avec un appareil Bluetooth, assurez-vous que lappareil hte supporte u des prols suivants : A2DP, AVRCP, prols casque/mains libres. Appuyez et maintenez la pression sur les touches Vol Up & ON/OFF pendant 4 secondes (aprs avoir install la batterie dans lappareil). Relchez les deux touches ds que la DEL commence clignoter alternativement en rouge et bleu. La DEL clignote alternativement en rouge et bleu en permanence. Ce mode de couplage est conserv pendant 1 minute ; le casque retourne en mode veille si aucun couplage nest ralis dans cet intervalle. Utilisez les touches ou les menus de lappareil Bluetooth an de terminer la procdure de couplage (consultez le manuel dutilisation de votre portable ; il est possible que les instructions diffrent dun appareil lautre). Saisissez 0000 ds que vous tes invit saisir le code PIN ; 0000 est le code xe pour le casque stro Bluetooth BSH-240. Utilisation du casque pour effectuer un appel Assurez-vous que le casque et le tlphone portable sont en mode de connexion et que le microphone a t branch dans le port USB du casque. Pour effectuer un appel, composez le numro sur le tlphone portable et, ds que vous entendez la tonalit, cliquez une fois sur la touche MFB pour transfrer lappel vers le casque. Pour terminer un appel, appuyez une fois sur la touche ON/OFF. Utilisez sur les tlphones portables supportant uniquement le prol casque, soit la touche MFB , soit la touche ON/OFF an de mettre n un appel. Avec les tlphones Bluetooth supportant le prol mains libres, appuyez sur la touche MFB de manire pro longe an de recomposer le dernier numro reu ou appel. Appuyez longuement sur la touche MFB an de re composer un numro pendant que vous coutez de la musique sur un appareil A2DP. Remarque : Certains tlphones ne supportent pas cette fonction. La procdure pour recomposer un numro peut diffrer dun appareil lautre. Sur certains tlphones, le fait dappuyer longuement sur la touche MFB en tranera dabord lafchage sur le tlphone de la liste des derniers numros reus ou appels. Sur dautres tlphones, appuyer longuement sur la touche MFB entranera la recomposition directe du dernier numro appel ou reu. Sur dautres encore, cette manipulation activera la reconnaissance vocale.

Avant dutiliser la reconnaissance vocale, assurez-vous que votre tlphone supporte bien cette fonction, quelle est active et que les noms de vos correspondants ont t enregistrs. Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pendant une seconde en mode mains libres inactif. Pour parler un troisime correspondant pendant une conversation active, appuyez brivement sur la touche MFB ds que lappel est entrant. Appuyez brivement sur la touche MFB an de commuter dun appel lautre. Remarque : Cette fonction est active uniquement dans le cas o vous lavez slectionne auprs de votre fourni seur de services. Utilisation du casque pour rpondre un appel Pour pouvoir rpondre un appel, le casque et le portable doivent tre connects et le microphone doit tre branch dans le port USB du casque. Assurez-vous que la fonction Bluetooth de lappareil auquel le casque doit tre reconnect a bien t active. Pour rtablir la connexion au prol mains libres, mettez le casque sous tension. La connexion se fera alors automatiquement. Pour rtablir la connexion au A2DP an dcouter de la musique, appuyez brivement sur la touche MFB . Pour lancer la lecture musicale, appuyez nouveau brivement sur la touche MFB . Connexion Scatternet La technique scatternet fait rfrence la capacit dappareils Bluetooth de pouvoir se connecter simultament deux appareils, ce qui signie que vous pouvez, par exemple, connecter simultanment votre casque un portable Bluetooth et un dongle USB. Le cas de gure dcrit ci-dessus est possible uniquement dans le cas o le tlphone Bluetooth supporte les prols casque et/ou mains libres. La fonction Scatternet ne peut pas tre ralise avec des tlphones Bluetooth support ant A2DP car les tlphones A2DP utiliseront les deux prols (A2PD et casque/mains libres) disponibles partir du casque. Via scatternet, vous pourrez rpondre un appel entrant sur un tlphone Bluetooth pendant que vous coutez de la musique sur un autre appareil audio comme un ordinateur connect un dongle USB. Pour tablir la connexion scatternet, couplez et connectez premirement le casque au tlphone Bluetooth an de sauvegarder les informations de couplage du casque dans le tlphone. Dconnectez ensuite le casque du tlphone et couplez le casque lautre appareil, un ordinateur via dongle USB, par exemple. Etablissez la connexion entre le casque et le tlphone Bluetooth (voice link) partir du tlphone ds que le
