Objective: To obtain a position as a designer and to pursue future positions as a designer in the industry. Education: Currently a Senior studying Fashion Design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia; Expecting to graduate with Bachelor of Science Degree in the Fall of 2013. Materials
Description
These innovative tights feature flaps on each hip that give volume to whatever is worn over them, (skirt, dress etc.) The shorts are made out of satin material while the flaps are made out of a variety of pleated fabric such as tulle. The tights are attached to the shorts with garter clips and feature buttons and bows on the spandex to add a cutesy touch.
