Member of Bar Council: I became a member of Bar Council of Utter Pradesh in 2004 Started practicing at Allahabad high court since 2004. I got membership of High Court bar Association of Allahabad in 2006. Working Experience: I have been practicing in the High Court Allahabad, since the time I got registered with Bar council of Uttar Pradesh. My Area of experience over these years are as follows: 1. Civil including Service cases, Land Acquisition matters, Motor Accident claim compensation cases, Criminal matters, Revenue matters, Constitutional matters with Amit Sthalkar, then Advocate of Allahabad High Court from 2004 till 21st November, 2011. Thereafter Mr. Sthalkar was elevated to Bench, now a sitting Judge of High Court Allahabad. From 2011 till date, practiced with Anil Dwivedi, Standing Counsel, Government of India, High Court Allahabad. Nominated for Bench constituted for the Lok Adalat scheduled to be held in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. Appointed as a Panel Advocate in year 2010 of High Court Legal Service Committee Allahabad. Conducted & argued independently various cases, wherein some of them reported in legal Journals. I argue/ appear in average of 2 to 5 cases in various Tribunals & High court at Allahabad on each working day. Well versed in Legal Drafting & Arguing Council in Court.
