Did Brigadier Deshapriya receive non lethal training to commit genocide on civilians?

(Lanka-e-News06.Aug.2013, 3.30PM) A Major General who is still in the armed service but thoroughly dismayed and disillusioned over the recent genocide committed on the innocent civilians at Weliveriya, speaking to Lanka e news made the under noted exposure pertaining to the ruthless maniacal Army Brigadier Deshapriya Gunawardena who carried out this genocide operation on the direct orders of the Rajapakses: The name of the Major General who exposed the stark facts cannot be revealed based on security grounds. The Major General revealed that this cruel Brigadier is one who is lobotomized having only a physical body , and is having a phobia against the people , which is why he is so inhuman and allergic to the human kind. This lobotomized Brigadier lives at Mangala Mawatha, Ganemulla , Kadawatha at the end of the road near paddy field. His father had been a seaman. He has an elder sister and a younger brother. In his young days he had attended Galahitiyawa madhya maha Vidyalaya where he had taken part in track and field events. When it comes to studies he was a dud. He had joined the forces as a cadet officer in 1989 and his regiment was Gemunu. During the war he had been serving mostly in Trincomalee and was in the commanding divisions of the 58-2 and 58-3 regiments under Shavendra Silva , when he ingratiated himself into the latters favor by stooping to all the sordid and unscrupulous activities , thereby becoming Shavendras pet. He had become close to

criminal defense secretary Gotabaya through this link and had been ready to do any crime at Gotas behest , given his innate demonic traits. This scoundrel of a Brigadier has won awards for merciless killing without batting an eyelid those who surrendered or were arrested during the war. He was one of those who was entrusted with the task of killing those who surrendered with the white flag by Shavendra Silva. Whenever he goes or comes out of his home he sends two security vehicles ahead and clears the road of people and vehicles. He is such a demonic being without any human feelings that he does not care for his parents , brothers and sisters. He always says he has no family members. Though his mother is living he has never gone to see her for 11 long years. His elder sister resides near the 9th mile post at Ganemulla ,Kandy road , with whom he had maintained no relationship. They too spoke about their Brigadier brother with much abhorrence . The murderous Rajapakses who area as maniacal as he had entrusted the security of the western province to him. The Major general commenting further told Lanka e news, the forces are trained to disperse unarmed civilians in a riotous situation. This training is given at the camp of Kukuleganga, and this involves use non lethal weapons only. Therefore at Weliveriya , the use of lethal weapons on the unarmed civilians is not only an absolute violation of laws governing a battle, but even international laws including the international covenants signed by Sri Lanka . When the Sri Lankan forces went to Haiti to assist the UN forces , they took also non lethal weapons, like plastic poles, rubber bullets firing weapons and tear gas. Hence, if non lethal weapons were used then in those instances , why couldnt non lethal weapons be used in Weliveriya against its own citizens? the Major general questioned with concern. As Lanka e news had already revealed that there is a drill in the army on how they should react when acting against unarmed civilians, this Weliveriya conduct of the army is a fundamental breach of that , and is a genocide committed by them wantonly targeting civilians, the Major general pinpointed. Certainly , there is no escape to those who engaged in this sinister action and heinous crimes for world history has confirmed this. In the past we have heard and seen even before our eyes how punishment had somehow been meted out to such evil perpetrators and leaders , and what fate they met with , the Major general recalled. The Brigadier Deshapriya Gunawardena and the Army commander are accountable for

this crime of genocide committed on their own unarmed citizens . Though the Rajapakses who are notorious for stoking lawlessness had given this unlawful order , the Army commander is obliged to ignore such orders and abide by the law. But of course with an army commander like Daya Ratnayake who is as notorious as the Rajapakses this lawful conduct cannot be expected, for the piano ,the expensive pettagama chest and many other valuables in Ratnayakes house even now are what were robbed from Jaffna homes, and this is well known to all army officers , the Major general observed.
