Other general guidelines: Page Layout Paper must use a page size corresponding to A4 which is 210mm (8.27") wide and 297mm (11.69") long. Page Style All paragraphs must be indented. All paragraphs must be justified, i.e. both leftjustified and right-justified. Paragraph spacing 6pt Before and After. No page numbers to be given. Text Font of Entire Document: The entire document should be in 12 pt Times New Roman or Times font. Other font types may be used if needed for special purposes. Make sure the title of the paper is in line with the text. Avoid repetition of matters in different parts of the paper, use cross-references instead. Make sure the language in your paper is finished. Avoid mixing expressions from British and American English language (e.g. favor vs. favour, analyze vs. analyse). Use tables, figures and graphs to summarize and illustrate your point. Figures should also be understood without reading the text (e.g. name the variables used in figures). Remember also to interpret the tables/figures in the text. Table name to be above the table. Tables must be numbered using uppercase Arabic numerals. Table captions must be centred and in Times Roman 12 pt, Bold. Caption of figures and graphs as well with figure numbers must be placed after their associated figures. Figures must be numbered using Arabic numerals. Figure captions must be in Times Roman 12 pt, Bold. Captions of a single line must be centred whereas multi-line captions must be justified.

3 CONCLUSIONS (LEVEL-1 HEADING) Summarize findings, present major conclusions. The heading of the Acknowledgment section and the References section must not be numbered. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (LEVEL-1 HEADING) REFERENCES (LEVEL-1 HEADING) All reference items must be in Times Roman 12 pt font. Please use Regular and Italic styles to distinguish different fields as shown in the References section (i.e. Title in Italics). Number the reference items consecutively in square brackets (e.g. [1]). When referring to a reference item, please simply use the reference number, as in [2]. Do not use Ref. [3] or Reference [3] except at the beginning of a sentence, e.g. Reference [3] shows . Multiple references are each numbered with separate brackets (e.g. [2], [3], [4][6]). Include at least the following information: Author, Title of the paper, Published where and when, possible www-address and quotation date, possible ISBN or ISSN number.
