There are two important facts that lead to the creation of this document
1. Everything ( the plants, the animals, everything around us, the tables,
chairs, automobiles, airplanes, buildings, roads, the food, the water (it is H 2O
throughout the world and beyond etc.) and everybody ( all human beings,
Americans, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, etc. (everybody drinks same
H2O) ) in the world are made up of the same material as everybody else. (i.e.
atoms, which is made up of electrons, protons and neutrons and are similar
throughout the world (earth) and universe (beyond earth)).
2. The Declaration of Independence of the United States of America which
explicitly states that ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL.
According to the old declaration of Independence of the United States of America written
and published on 4th July 1776, All men are created equal. But it considers that only
English people are created equal. There are so many varieties of languages in the world.
This brings us to the new Declaration of the Freedom of the World.
All Women in the World are created equal. Women become mothers eventually. All
mothers are created equal. All mother-tongues are created equal. A mother-tongue is a
language. All languages are created equal. All the people in the world are everybody’s
family.
These are some languages in the world today. All of them are or have been somebody’s
mother-tongue. There are many more. All of the languages in the world are created equal.
Human soul has no land, no country, no religion, no caste and no language. The whole
world is everybody’s family.
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (The World is a Family).
Mother is the very foundation of everything. “revere the mother as God (matru devo
bhava)” is the important saying in India and all over the world. Everybody loves their
mother and mother-tongue. Greek people love Greek language, German people love
German language. English people love English language. Marathi people love Marathi
language. Tamil people love Tamil language. Telugu people love Telugu language. Etc…
And it is good to do so. But with it arises linguistic extremism. It is in interesting topic
how to curb the linguistic extremism.
"What is this Europe? Why are the black, the bronze, the
yellow, the red inhabitants of Asia, Africa, and America bent
low at the feet of the Europeans? Why are they the sole
rulers in this Kali-yuga? To understand this Europe, one has
to understand her through France, the fountainhead of
everything that is highest in the West.
The rich and the poor, the young and the old, keep their
houses, their rooms, so artistically neat and clean - the
whole country looks like a picture. Such love of nature and
art have I seen nowhere except in Japan. The palatial
structures, the gardens resembling Indra's paradise, the
groves, even the farmer's fields - everywhere and in
everything there is an attempt at beauty, an attempt at art,
remarkable, and affected with success, too.
What nation in the world has not the longing to enjoy and
live a life of pleasure? Otherwise, why should those who get
rich hasten to Paris, of all places? Why do kings and
emperors, assuming other names, come to Paris and live
incognito and feel themsleves happy by bathing in this
whirlpool of sense-enjoyment? The longing is in all countries,
and no pains are spared to satisfy it; the only difference is:
The French have perfected it as a science, they know how to
enjoy, they have risen to the highest rung of the ladder of
enjoyment."
For the last 300 years, Europeans have been going to all the places and conquering the
world. They have gone to Asia, Americas, Africa and Australia too. They are dictating the
terms to the world
Yet Europe itself is a complex language society. There are large numbers of languages in
Europe and every region has its own dialect. Out of these French, Spanish German,
Italian and of course English are dominant languages. These are the part of mainly
Western European languages. Yet there are Polish, Finnish Swedish and other languages
less known to the world.
The linguistic map of Europe:
This aim of this section is not to explain the history, but try to analyze the after effects of
the incident. The lesser known but important events have been explained in more details.
The Romans further developed on the concept of citizenship to distinguish their original
citizens (Romans) from the citizens of their conquests. Roman citizens enjoyed the right
to vote, the right to serve in the civil service and the right for military service. All who
were born to Roman fathers, even if they had foreign mothers, were acknowledged to be
Roman citizens. Citizenship could also be granted by generals and emperors.
When: The citizenship concept was born approximately in year 650 BC.
Because of this development the whole of Europe started being democratic and supported
democratic institutions.

The Future?
The Conclusion: The Unification of India and the World through translation.
Encouragement of translation:
No doubt, English is the most dominant language and the one through which people can
make money. Yet everything is not done in English, especially on the local levels.
Whenever people travel, they are forced to learn local language sooner or later. Hence,
the translation should be encouraged, so that new person travelling to a place and the
locals may feel comfortable with each other.
