Description
This qualitative study aims to understand the experiences of undergraduate women of color in engineering; specifically how their gender, race, and ethnicity shape their construct of an engineering identity. For many of the students, engineering identity was only understood along with gender and race/ethnic identities.
Requirements
In addition to the Review and Original Articles by invited speakers, we are inviting you to submit a relevant research paper on Work in Progress: Understanding the Experiences of Women of Color in Engineering for consideration. Papers will be subject to normal peer review and must comply with the Guide for Authors.
