Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out the visual inspection before during and after welding. Monitoring the preheat temperature before welding and inter pass temperature during welding. Experienced with various welding process; SMAW, GMAW, SAW. Experienced in doing all types of NDT/welding inspection activities and maintaining the records. Inspection of bevel preparation, joint fit-up, and weld visual inspection. Monitoring the material during fabrication, inspection of fit-ups, monitoring welding parameters and inspection of all finished welding and review and measuring the final dimensions and maintaining documents. Before sand Blasting surface conditions were checked, after blasting surface preparation cleanness were checked according client requirement with standard specifications. Checking of profile WFT, DFT test as per specification.
