Apart from proven technology, such as the horizontally-positioned control to make installation easier, we paid special attention to design and user friendliness, when planning the Tousek Pull Series. p The high-performance motor of Pull CR as well as the tempered gears run quietly in an oil bath, thus ensuring excellent heat elimination and lubrication which, in turn, results in substantially less wear on the working parts. p The operator reliably moves and locks the gate. The ergonomically designed handle is a special feature of the emergency release, locked with a standard lock profile half cylinder, allowing you to unlock and lock the gate by hand during times of power failure. The cylinder is delivered with three keys.

The technically innovative microprocessor control is located under the covering cap of the Pull SLR, CR and CR24. The intelligent control technology of the new Tousek Garage Door Operator brings about completely new perspectives. A special control system was developed. This automatically regulates the power requirements, which differ over the entire functional area. Thus the motor provides only as much power as is actually needed. Special attention was given to a maximum of safety, even in case that the door weight alternates due to weather conditions. The operator is available with toothed belt or chain. The Automatic Reversing System (ARS) of Tousek sliding door operators of the PULL series (except XD) stops in the event of the slightest contact with an obstacle and alternates the running direction of the gate, so that no obstacle will be wedged in. The Automatic Reversing System (ARS) of the Tousek operator SLIM stops the gate immediately and reverses in the event that its easy running is hampered. Last but not least: the exact power setting with all our hydraulic swing gate operators SWING is legendary. Due to constructional facts or the compliance of applicable regulations in numerous cases the installation of additional safety devices is required. All Tousek safety devices like photocells, safety sensing edge, motion detector or flash lights have something in common: quality on the highest level for the safety of the customers. Safety is considered completely different due to enormous modifications.

Photocells are delivered already ex warehouse with all operator sets as proximity motion detector. High range, easy installation and imperviousness to exterior influences, these are the essential features of Tousek photocells. These can, of course, also be subsequently installed to already existing automatic gates.

Safety sensing edges

As efficient protection to squashing, sheering and pulling in, safety sensing edges reflect the status of technology. Deliverable in three different widths (adjusted to the corresponding caster of the gate) and where the length is exactly finished, safety sensing edges are durable and frequently tested. Rolling code means that by each activation of the radio transmitter a new radio code is emitted. All previous codes are invalid and will not be accepted anymore, this avoids a reading of the radio signal. Each transmitter is an individual item.
