Malabon City from June 21,2007 to January 1, 2010 (For Orion Security Corporation) Duties and responsibilities 1) Supervision of all posted guard assigned at Poseidon Fishing Corporation. 2) Conduct Daily Security briefings regarding updates and current issues concerning day to day security operations. 3) Making of daily attendance of guards, security reports, and other matters concerning security operations of the client. . 4) Coordinate also with the clients fish port supervisor during the Hango operations and secure the lives and properties of the client and report all unusual incidents/ activity needed by the client. 5) Coordinate also with the client representatives during dry dock operations of all fishing vessels on repair at different shipyards located at Navotas Ship yards at RL & T shipyards or at other shipyards. 6) Coordinate also with client representatives concerning activities at Navotas Fish Port wherein VIP Escorts is needed. 7) And Obey all lawful orders coming from the client ( as coordinated with our security agency. Such as investigations of personnel violations in connection with their job, and other important incidents needed to be inform to the client. 8) Conduct regular Monday weekly guard formation for updates and disseminate relevant information concerning security and safety.

B)SECURITY OFFICER- at Asian Development Bank Headquarters and at PHCO Philippines


Country Office located at #6 ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong City from October 1,1998 to June 6, 2006.(For SOLIMAN Security Services Inc.) Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Performed all duties and responsibities as prescribed by Client ADB, on security and Safety, such as but not limited to protection of lives and properties of the client and its dependents and visitors coming in and out of ADB Premises. 2) Timely making of incident reports to shed light on an incident incurred in our post or area of jurisdiction. 3) Attend to all security and safety activities /seminar/trainings, and undertakings as instructed by senior security officers of the bank or agency officers. 4) To perform our duties and responsibilities at our best and to perform overtime works when requested by senior security officers.

C)SECURITY OFFICERC1-Headguard at National Telecommunications Commissions, Quezon City from June


1992 to October 1993 Duties and Responsibilities includes supervision of security personnel posted thereat and act as main man for the security agency(BLUE Lancer Security and Investigation Agency) and duties includes preparation of daily security attendance report, making of incident reports when needed and making initial investigation concerning unusual incident incurred in our day to day security activities and make proper reports to the Security Department In charge. Duties and Responsibilities includes a) the protection of lives and properties of the client and b)Assist the detachment commander and other security officers in implementing security rules and regulations of the client. c)Assist in the supervision of guards and in charge in the attendance of all guards every shift. d)Make regular post inspections to all posted guards posted around our area of responsibilities. e) Assist the detachment commander in the preparation of our daily security operational reports. f) Performs other functions as requested by the Philam Homes president or officers and or the barangay Council of Philam such as monitoring of garbage collection, busted street lights, water leaks , and other matters concerning safety and security of client PHILAM HOMES. g) Assist the detachment commander in the apprehension and persecution of criminals by turning over them to the PNP authorities and at the department of justice until their case is resolved by proper authorities.

C-3-Officer In-Charge at Parkson Duty Free Shop. Clark Field Pampanga January 1996
to July 1988 (For Blue Lancer security & Investigation Agency) Duties and Responsibilities includes a) The supervision and directing all posted guards their duties and responsibilities and individual functions at different post location at said establishment, with a mission to protect the lives and properties of the client and its employees and customers. b) Conduct regular Guard Formation for dissemination of security updates and relevant information concerning day to day security activities. c) Maintaining peace and order within the premises, controlling and management of traffic flow with the area for customers satisfaction.

d) Preparation of daily attendance of posted guards, prepare and submit necessary security reports to the client. e) And making routine inspection at all post and insuring proper implementation of security policies and guidelines as lay down by the client, for accomplishment. f) Assist posted Guards during meal breaks. g) Conduct investigation on apprehended shoplifters or other incidents related to security. h) Coordinate with proper authorities within the area, such as the( PNP)Philippine National Police, Clark development Corporation-POLICE( CDC) , Philippine Air Force(PAF) , the bureau of Customs(BOC)who are also working inside the Clark Development Corporation, on matters related to Security and Safety inside the Clark Development Corporation. i) Assist the client in apprehension of criminals, and bringing to police authorities/proper authorities until there case is brought to justice. j) Preparation of Semi-monthly DTRs, for payroll computation and for billing purposes. k) Also assist in releasing guards salary, and assist them with their problems concerning their social benefits such as their SSS, Phil Health, PAG-IBIG Fund. l) Perform other lawful functions as directed by the client with proper coordination with my Security agency.

Duties and Responsibilities 1) Obey and performed all functions from the security officer in charge, protecting lives and properties of the client and visitors 2) Report for duty on time every day and implement all security regulations laid down by the client. 3) Properly wear clean uniforms with complete paraphernalias and always bring valid security license while on duty 4) Always work diligently, obeying the rules in handling firearms, following good customer service and community relations to all visitors. 5) Implement all rules and regulations, of the client and always observed the 11 General Orders to be your guide. 6) And report all violations of orders to the officer/ superiors for their proper actions

E.COMPANY GUARD

1)(Minesite-fromNovember 1988 to April 1989)


a)Escort of Mine Personnel Carrying Dynamites from dynamite warehouse to respective tunnels scheduled for blasting, with 1PC INP PERSONEL, ENSURING SAFETY AND SECURITY OF all personnel. b)Manned the BMDC Minesite Entrance/exit gates and screened all incoming visitors on foot or on board a vehicle, checking all their belongings and baggage. c) Also manned the cropping house and supply room , the power room and the admin building and VIP staff house and Employees bunk houses, on a scheduled basis, keeping the whole mine site peaceful and orderly.

d) General duties includes escort for payroll run,patrolling, manning of tunnel entrance , escort of VIPs, Personnel Control, and Vehicle control and protection of lives and properties with in BMDC Compound.

2)Millsite-from May1989 to July 1991


a) I was assigned as Finance Assistant for BMDC Security Force and my duties and responsibilities has added some changes but still do some regular security work specially during heightened alert situations but my main functions was with financial matters such as b)Responsible for the requisition of cash advances from the BMDC accounting department for all legitimate expenses needed for BMDC Security Force as directed by the chief security officer such as Revolving Fund for Security, Mess Allowances for all security personnel including Phil. Army Cadres and the 120 CAFGUS, Honorarium of AFP/PNP/intelligence and Friendly Forces with in the area of responsibilities, Payroll of CAFGUS AND CADREs , and at the same time responsible in releasing the designated amount to each of them upon the approval of the Chief Security Officer. c)Responsible for the releasing of revolving fund on all legitimate security expenses duly approved by the chief security officerto all concern security personnel subject for liquidation. d)Responsible for the liquidation of all cash advances requested at the BMDC Accounting Section. e) Also take part in the preparation of Security Budget and Preparation of Security Annual Expense Report. e) Also in charge of marketing of food stuff and Security Staff Supplies as instructed by the Chief Security Officer.
