Why Is Diversity Important?


Embracing diversity is the gateway to making disciples in the 21st century. By 2042 the United States will become a marvelous mix of ethnic groups. Now is the perfect time to develop your expertise to engage in ministry with people from different cultural and economic backgrounds, especially those who are poor and marginalized.
