Accomo!lation and Design Featur!:s :
A 4 storey semi-donut shape office complex with a link bridge linking the second floor and third floor of both wings. Building is of composite RC frame with
structural steel member on the exterior. Roof is of metal decking on steel truss system. Building include cafeteria, training area and show room on the ground
floor with other floors being office area. An open car park area, landscaping works, guard house, fencing and gates are included in this project. The site is an
industrial lot with minimal earthwork required, piling works are by others. All office area are finished without finishes for ID works by others.

Reinforced concrete pilecaps, ground beams and slabs. Include anti-termite treatment.
Composite structure of reinforced concrete columns and beam construction with structural steel columns on
extel11al f a ~ a d e . Include galvanised steel grating as extel11al walkway - welded to steel structure.
Reinforced concrete suspended floor.
Steel truss system with galvanised purl ins and reinforced concrete flat roof at selected area. Roof finished with
colorbond metal decking with sisalation and insulation. Aluminium strip panels as cladding to underside of
roof eaves. UPVC rainwater downpipe encased in concrete columns.
Reinforced concrete staircase with homogeneous tiles finish with nosing and mild steel handrails and
balustrading.
Clay brickwalls with bronze anodised aluminium cUltain walling. Include aluminium fixed sunshade screen
and decorative railing on external walls .
Bronze anodised aluminium casement windows and fixed glass. Extemal doors include aluminium louvred
door and frame less glass door.
Clay brickwall, toilet partition system to all toilets.
Decorative fire-rated solid doors, decorative plywood flush doors with imported German ironmongeries. All
with steel door frames.
Cement and sand plastering to walls and columns with emulsion paint finish, homogeneous tiles to toilet walls.
Combination ofpolished and matt finished homogeneous tiles to most areas. Sevel'al unfinished areas in
cement and sand rendering.
Plastering, fibrous plaster ceiling and asbestos free ceiling boards combination to most areas.
Plaster and acrylic paint to external wall. Soffit of external ceiling finished with aluminium strip ceiling.
