) Partnership Facilitator: Job Summary: The Partnership Facilitator travels to numerous projects to facilitate child development programs, plan health programs and various other activities for children. Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should have completed Masters degree with 2-3 years of experience in the area of Human Development. Candidate should be willing to travel. 2.) Partnership Auditor: Job Summary: The Partnership Auditor travels to Compassion Church Partnership sites to conduct audits on a full range of manual standards (i.e. management, operational, staffing, legal, planning, procedural, and financial compliance). Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should be a graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing with adequate knowledge of relevant local laws. Should be willing to travel. 3.) Training & Support Supervisor: Job Summary: The Training and Support Supervisor interprets, contextualizes and implements global and regional learning and training for Compassions Holistic Child Development Model and evaluates training content and delivery and manages a team of trainers and specialists. Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should have a post-graduation degree in Management/Leadership or Adult Education/Training with 3 years of experience in management or 5 years training or adult education experience or train-the-trainer experience. Candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and ability to supervise high level experienced program specialists. 4.) Training Specialists: Job Summary: The Training Specialist coordinates with the Partnership Facilitator to meet special training/learning needs at the project level by delivering training on different platforms. Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should be a graduate or post-graduate with 1-2 years of experience of training personnel in any sector. Sponsor Donor Services Associate: Job Summary: The Sponsor & Donor Services Associate processes child sponsorship, Child Survival, Leadership Development and other field program communication resources in an accurate and timely manner, according to written standards and guidelines. Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should be a graduate or post-graduate with 1-2 years of experience. Experience with Microsoft Office is essential. Must have the ability to type well.
