Monitoring Port for the Door Status Sensor

This describes the monitoring port for the door status sensor. This port is a dry contact point Boolean signal monitoring port and suitable for a bare terminal of a cable (24 AWG - 12 AWG). For the position of the monitoring port for the door status sensor, see Appearance of the EMUA. Figure 1 shows this port. Figure 1 Monitoring port for the door status sensor

Table 1 lists the meanings of the terminals of the monitoring port for the door status sensor. Function Selection of the communication protocol

Setting If a DIP switch bit is set to ON, it represents 0. If a DIP switch bit is set to OFF, it represents 1. The settings of the DIP switch SW_ADDR (1234) are as follows: Outdoor CDMA BTS: 0000 Indoor CDMA BTS or non-doubledensity GSM BTS: 0001 Double-density GSM BTS, WCDMA NodeB or LTE eNodeB: 0010 CAUTION: If an EMUA is delivered along with the BTS/NodeB, the communication protocol is already configured according to the BTS/NodeB type. If an EMUA is delivered independently, the default setting of the DIP switch SW_ADDR (1234) is 0010. This bit is set to ON if a sensor is not used. This bit is set to OFF if a sensor is used.
