SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE Daily including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Curfew hours starts at 10:00 p.m.. Should you need to be out after 10:00 p.m., arrangements may be made earlier with the Caretaker, subject to her availability. II. CHARGES: Air-con room (6 bed capacity) - P100.00 per day but minimum of P300.00 at a time (for employees only. For non employee, P120.00 per day for at least 3 persons or minimum charge of P360.00 per day, if there are less than 3 persons. Non-aircon room - P 80.00 per day for employee and P110.00 per day for non employee Use of facilities only IV. P20.00 as water charge.

Goes to or call the Caretaker and signifies his/her intention to either check in the lodging house or just use its facilities. Upon arrival, fills up the logbook for lodging *.

Informs client of available accommodation and the rate he/she has to pay. Prepares the room and bed of incoming lodger.

INCHARGE Caretaker

Proceeds to his/her room and occupies the bed assigned to him/her during the period agreed by him/her and the caretaker.

Sees to it that lodger is provided with necessary supplies and the comfort rooms well maintained for use by the lodger. Opens gate after 2 doorbells. Assists lodger make his/her stay comfortable including availability of TV. Receives payment and issues Official Receipt of amount paid by lodger. Calls taxi by phone if lodger needs a taxi.

Informs caretaker that he/she is checking out and pays his/her total lodging bills. Cancellation of reservation should be done 2 days before date, otherwise, payment of reserved space shall be collected.
