Operational Activities and Development Cash Flow Task Assignments Done/ Undone Each member was given a task assignment to have a continuous and efficient workflow within the Crave Corner. With this, the tasks were finished effectively and the production of the products was enough to meet the demands of every consumer. The following are the assigned tasks and the corresponding member which contributed to the effectiveness of the business:

General Manager Crave Corners General Manager is April Marie Trocho. She was responsible in planning and making decisions for the success of the business. Her decisions included the business objectives which helped the Crave Corner to gain more interests from the consumers. During the three-month operation of Crave Corner within the University, the General Manager was able to instruct well its subordinates and organized a system for a more effective way. She gave commands also regarding on the products and the services that we should be served to the customers. With this kind of management, the group was able to produce and sell ___ Choco Balls and ___ Buko Pinya Pie on the first period of its operation. If this system will be followed continuously, the business will earn more profit and more consumers will patronize the Crave Corners products.

Financial Assistants The Financial Assistants are composed of Pearl Ann Pereyra and Vina Sumagpao. They were responsible for computing costs and providing financial statements of the business. During the business operation, they were able to provide accurate and detailed financial statements every month. In here, the business was able to determine the costs inputted and what was left for the revenue. With the roles of Financial Assistants, Crave Corner had a complete control of their financial activities and utilized its funds. The financial activities of these members were able to inform its co-members regarding the current status of Crave Corner, such as its profitability. Thus, the financial activities are very essential for Crave Corner because it will be the basis for the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations.

Production Assistants The Production Assistants of Crave Corner are Emilie Eureka Salvador and Resy Tanate in which they were responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the production processes. They were in charge for buying the main ingredients and production of Crave Corners products. They must estimate also the potential customers every day in order to produce enough amount of Choco Balls or Buko Pinya Pie and to meet the demands of the consumers. Through the help of these Production Assistants and their right estimation of the products to

be consumed, Crave Corner was able to utilize funds and minimize its production costs.

Marketing Assistants The Marketing Assistants are composed of Sheera Lyn Bayona and Lariza Aklemia Albacete. They were responsible for the selling, packaging and promoting the Crave Corners products. It was their task also to observe and analyze the preference of its target market. Through analyzing the customers preference, Crave Corner was able to come up marketing strategies. Creating the right marketing strategies for the business helped the Crave Corner to persuade more consumers to purchase its products. The strategies included the things on how Crave Corner could satisfy the consumers expectations from its products and how to attract a larger group of customers. From these marketing strategies, the Marketing Assistants were able to determine the competitive advantage of Crave Corners products against its indirect competitors. The competitive advantages include the unique taste of Crave Corners products and the affordability of its prices. Most of the consumers were willing to pay food products which have affordable and reasonable prices. It was the Marketing Assistants job to emphasize the competitive advantage of the products from its competitors. With this, more consumers will be delighted with the Crave Corners products.

The above mentioned were the tasks done of every member of Crave Corner. They were able to perform their tasks very well and contributed for the effectiveness of the business. However, Crave Corner was not able to reach a greater scope of target market which was one of its aims. Despite of this unachieved task, Crave Corner managed to persuade consumers to buy the products and meet their expectations.
