Dunkin Donuts

1 x ounce package active dry yeast 2 x tablespoons warm water (at 98f or blood temp) cup warm milk (30 seconds microwave) (187ml) 2 tablespoons margarine or butter 1 x egg 1/3 cup granulated sugar (75gm) 1 x tsp salt 2 cup all purpose flour (310gm) 3 cups vegetable oil for frying (710ml)

1) In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast in the warm water. 2) Add milk, margarine, egg, sugar, salt and blend with electric mixer until smooth. 3) Add half the flour and mix for 30 seconds 4) Add remaining flour and knead dough with flour dusted hands until smooth. 5) Cover bowl of dough and leave in warm place until doubled in size (1 hour) 6) Roll out dough on heavily floured surface until inch thick 7) Cut out doughnuts (3 cutter) and holes (1 cutter) 8) Place doughnuts in warm place for 30-40 minutes 9) Fry at 350f for 30 seconds per side
