Name of Pupils Age Date Incident He was in attentive to the class discussion. He was busy joking with girls sitting besides him. All the while he sat with one girl and hold her hand. He was found by the teacher staying long behind the BEC. He was there sitting and watching the vehicles that passed by across the distant street. It took long before he went back to the classroom Comments / Recommendation He likes girls as friends and he enjoy being with her.
He was not prepared for the days lesson. He had no assignment. This revealed by his classmate, Advised him to avoid truancy or cutting classed and to develop his study habit for him to be prepared to everydays lesson.
