Farewell Speech ]Ladies and Gentleman.

Why can't we get all the people together in the world that we really like and then just stay together? I guess that wouldn't work. Someone would leave. Someone always leaves. Then we would have to say good-bye. I hate good-byes. I know what I need. I need more hellos. I need more hellos from the person who always taught me the qualities and strategies to achieve my achievements. Mr Rahul who is always an Ideal form me, is leaving our organization today. I still remember the day of 10 may 2009 when he introduced himself as team manager. I am proud to announce you that within this short time frame of just 2 years he achieved a lot of designations. Ambitious , analytical, cheerful, focused, intelligent, motivated, and a lot of qualities like this he had shown and taught us as a successful team leader. I still remember those days when he spent a lot of money for the parties only just to make us happy. There was not a single day when I felt bore to be in this organization. He understood all our problems and tried to solve even too. A moral support was always in his hands to share with us. Thanks Mr Rahul for all those sweet memories which we share together in this organization and I wish a very best of luc k for your future. I don't understand that Why does it take a minute to say hello and forever to say goodbye? Please dont use this speech. Just use it as a reference. How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. Absence from whom we love is worse than death, and frustrates hope severer than despair. The reason it hurts so much to separate is because our souls are connected. In the hope to meet Shortly again, and make our absence sweet. Where is the good in goodbye? May you always have work for your hands to do. May your pockets hold always a coin or two. May the sun shine bright on your window pane. May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain. May the hand of a friend always be near you. And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you. May the sun shine, all day long, everything go right, and nothing wrong. May those you love bring love back to you, and may all the wishes you wish come true!

Get attention (introduction). "I just want to say a few words to express the company's appreciation for the time XYZ has spent with us." Talk about the employee. "XYZ has spent X years with us, and in that time XYZ has distinguished his/herself with her diligence/humour/drive/ABC in the workplace. His/her work in TUV project has resulted in GHI which I hope inspires others in what can be achieved. Of course, s/he will also be remembered for the every day things, such as [insert ONE positive character description here]."

Talk about the impact of their leaving. "XYZ's moving on to bigger and brighter things will leave a gaping hole in the organisation. While s/he has put in place some amazing ideas that will stay after s/he leaves, it will be a challenge to fill that hole. Nonetheless, when I look around at the faces in this room, I see other talented people and a great team culture - of which XYZ was a part - and no doubt we will be able to soldier on." Final wish farewell. "So XYZ, I hope you have all the best prosperity and fulfillment in your future endeavours. There is no doubt you'll make a success of future opportunities as you have here. These words and gift are just a small expression of our appreciation for your work and time here. So farewell, and good luck." My dear Mr. _______________ (name of the boss) , my dear colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, though I take immense pleasure and feel thankful to all of you for offering me an opportunity to talk to you all at this occasion, right deep inner side of my heart, I feel a sort of sadness while thinking that our honorable Boss ( or his name ) is getting retired (or leaving for good) effective from ___________. I need not say, how he treated us as a member of a family and extended all cooperation we required at every crucial time of our work. We found him gentle and humble, always ready to solve our problems. No doubt we had a gem of a person as the head of our department / company / organization. Though he is getting departed from us, we request him to assist us with his good guidance, being away from us, as and when we required, on any matter. Apart from official matters, I found him helpful personally with his kind the gentleness. I thank him personally and on behalf of all the staff of this department / company / organization and request him to share with us some of his views at this moment. Hence, I invite him for a short speech or rather for a good advice from him.

Congratulations! My best my wishes for your new role. I have admired two bosses, in 11 years of my career, you are one of them.

You have the ability to influence people, motivate them to find the best solution when they face challenges. You encourage the team members to set up goals and help them to achieve. You have a sense of direction and a vision for the group and its members. I have come across few leaders who know their own skills and effectively deploy them. You were one step ahead. You were aware of the strengths and short comings of the team members. You help team members to contribute using their strengths and over come the short comings using training and your guidance. You possess intelligence, alertness and listening skills, required to manage teams. You use your knowledge every time, remain alert with eyes open, listen to suggestions from the members and implement them for the betterment and growth of everyone. Impartiality,action-oriented approach and positive attitude are the qualities I have admired in you. Thank you, for all the support, guidance, help, freedom, appreciation and opportunities you provided for my growth both professionally and personally. When I decided to change department, you gave me the opportunity to work in your department. My efforts were noticed and rewarded with in a year, I was offered a leadership role. You helped me to built the team by providing your valuable inputs. You were reachable whenever I wanted your help, support and guidance. I learned from you that the key to leadership is accomplishing the tasks at hand while building relationships. I know few challenges you faced when you moved to Singapore. It is time for you to look back with pride and satisfaction on your achievements and look forward to all the things you are yet to enjoy! I know it is a small world, hope to work with you in the future, will miss you. My best wishes and may God bless you with joy, smiles and peace. All the best for your future endeavors. Cheers, Thank you.

Tuan-tuan/Puan-puan The study of the intellectuals have an important education is a matter that could change our standard of living. With this knowledge we are able to improve the economic, political, social and religious. Even the Prophet was caution us about the importance of knowledge in hadis which means: "If you want the world to be it knowledge, and if it shall hereafter berimu and if the world wants it to be wise hereafter" Government has also allocated a huge amount in order to improve education. Thank God, today

the majority of schools in Malaysia are very satisfactory and if compared to in other developing countries, access to education in our schools is far better. Tuan-tuan/Puan-puan all, Although the various facilities provided by the government to us, but a very sad fact is that the achievement of our nation's children in the education of the poor. This situation, if allowed to continue, I'm sure the future our nation's children are not guaranteed. In this case, parents should play an important role to ensure that children receive proper science education. Parents may not assign the responsibility to educate their children 100% of the school. We need to realize that the children in school only six hours a day while their time at home and under parental supervision is better about 18 hours. So not only appropriate if they continue pointing fingers to blame the teachers at the school where our children are not successful in their studies. Therefore, as parents must always give full cooperation to the school for the benefit of children. The time is not too late for us all to improve this. Our hope in the future ahead is to see the percentage of youth who are able to achieve excellence. As we know, that the social problems of our youth is increasing
