Dual Mode Chiller Operation K-O Concepts chiller modules incorporate a unique dual mode operation. This design allows the system compressor to be unloaded without the use of hot gas bypass. Continuous Run Compressor System compressor is operated in a continuous run mode for optimum reliability and accurate control of the process coolant temperature. Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers All models equipped with grade 316 stainless steel heat exchangers for high purity applications. Brazed plate design offers optimum heat transfer efficiency with minimum size and weight. Process Water Pumps A variety of positive displacement and centrifugal water pump options accommodate a wide range of flow and pressure requirements. Accurate Process Water Temperature Control Standard digital P ID controller accurately maintains the desired process water temperature. Optional Deionized (DI) Water Package Includes nickel brazed heat exchanger, rear panel mounted DI cartridge assembly, and upgraded 316 stainless steel fittings. Easy service to the DI cartridge is accomplished from the rear panel.
