According to Proclamation N o. 459, the P hilippines 2013 holidays are categorized into three: Regular Holidays, Special Non-Working Days, and Special Holiday (for all schools).

The proclamation also has provisions for the national holidays in observance of Eidl Fitr and Eid ul Adha, but the exact dates are still to be determined in accordance with the Islamic calendar.

Holidays in 2014 are listed according to their original dates pending the issuance of a Presidential proclamation.
