In order for us to complete the study described in Article 26 of the Commissions Rules of Procedure, I would ask you to provide information to the Commission regarding the following points: 1. Identify the petitions alleged victims. Clarify who were subject to sexual abuse and/or domestic violence. Moreover, name the children that were separated from their mothers; 2. Regarding those mothers and their children that were sexually abuse and/or domestically neglected, specify the circumstances of mode, time and place were such facts were denounced. Also make clear if while filing such complaints, legal and psychological assistance was provided. If possible, inform about the results of those complaints provide unofficial copies of main judgments/resolutions; 3. In respect to judicial proceedings, state both if courts that substantiated those cases were specialized in children matters, and if children were heard by those judges.
