Recruitment Human Resource Management It is fact that the world is developing more and more by improving technologies, providing

better services which lead to rapid economic growth. In the same way it has bring new challenges with it, which are faced by different organizations, almost all organizations who are in a competition with global market are focusing in their human resource management and develop methods and pathways to enhance it , because efficient human resource can do wonders . Purpose of human resource management The main purpose of human resource management is to hire the most appropriate and skillful person, in other words we can say that choosing the right person for the right place/job. secondly it can train and develop their staff to meet the modern challenges and took serous actions as well against those who don't play their role effectively. Human resource management focus on effective training and development through which employees at organization achieve promotion within their company and reach their potential, This reduces the need for external recruitment and makes maximum use of existing talent. This is a cost effective way for a business to manage its people. Human resource management not only focus or manage the existing staff, but they make plans for future developments as well .i.e. their business may grow into new market, for example moving from one business to another. With the arrival of new technologies, new skills are required, for which HR has to be prepared. In the organizations staff may retire or promoted, for this HR has an appropriate plan to handle the situations.

Organizational Management Management means to handle things in a systematic way or we can say to get the work done through others. Now the meaning of organization is a collective body of human resource, financial resource and many other supporting factors, which help this body to do is operations effectively and efficiently. Organization management refers to the art of getting people together on a common platform to make them work towards a common predefined goal. it provide a systematic structure or a sense of direction to the employees, so every employee will be well awarded of his/her role and responsibility and acknowledge their job in the organization.

Organization management gives a sense of security and oneness to the employees. An effective management is required for better coordination among various departments. Employees accomplish tasks within the stipulated time frame as a result of effective organization management. Employees stay loyal towards their job and do not treat work as a burden.

Natural resource management Natural resource management is the taking care of natural resources such as land, water, marine and biological systems, with a particular focus on how the management affects the quality of life for both present and future generations. The term natural resource management belongs to sustainable development which means to preserve those nonrenewable natural resources to balance the eco system or to make sure that our future generation will not suffer. management of these natural resources is as important for development as the modern technologies, if we consider the example of water, form this natural resource huge amount of energy can be produced in less cost and its a sustainable way of development, such processes can be done by systematic management of water .i.e. building dams, irrigation systems for agriculture and for safe drinking water. if we talk about the farmers who are the primary produces, for them the natural resource management means soil, water, vegetation and organisms when making decisions about their land where they farm. overall it is sustainable development which basically means balancing the nature with mankind, in other words we can say it, that there is permanent relation between social factors and the economic factor, both these factor get benefit from the environment where nature has provided them huge natural resources, now here the role of management comes, which draw the line or limit mankind or show them the ways of effective use of these natural resources without their exploitation. .

Good Governance & Rule of Law According to liberal economist, the development of every individual or an organization within the competitive market depends on their economic freedom and the safeguard of the property rights. This could be happened if a strong government is facilitating the market through good governance and rule of law, which will be implement or enforce by strong institutions of the state. Good governance and rule of are the primary factor of development for any society, development and economic growth needs peace and prosperity and peace and prosperity demands democracy which is one of the most important pathway to provide good governance and rule of law. There is a saying that sound mind lives in a sound body , another good saying is that health is wealth. both health and education are the necessary components for human development and are the effective factors of economic growth of any society. if we look around the world, many development agencies, including private sector and public sectors making health and education their first priority, it is not just for the wellbeing of mankind, it is also for their own interests as well, because a healthy and an educated labor or worker can participate more efficiently in the economic growth which will ultimately maximize the profits of the above sectors and which will also provide benefits for the individual in form of different rewards which will improve his/her living standards.

Anyhow we can see the importance of health and education form the goals of MDGs, in which they had focus on primary free education around the world, improve maternal health because a healthy mother can give birth to a healthy child. we can understand the importance of education and health from the global slogan, which promotes education and good health. .. Disaster Risk Reduction Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) aims to reduce the damage caused by natural hazards like earthquakes, floods, droughts and cyclones, through an ethic of prevention. if we took the example of Pakistan, there are huge number of disaster affect people in different ways. there are two type of disasters 1. natural disasters, which includes seasonal floods mainly 2. manmade disaster, which include suicide bombs, target killings in huge number and road accidents For both of these disasters, a disaster risk reduction plan is necessary to handle or to mitigate its outcome. Reducing exposure to hazards, decrease vulnerability of people and property, wise management of land and the environment, and improving preparedness for adverse events are all examples of disaster risk reduction. we can reduce the effects of natural disasters through techniques such as early warning systems, effective weather broad casting services through media channels, print media and on radio as well, this will worn the people and help them to save their property and their life's. secondly providing effective trainings for the vulnerable people about how to deal with the natural disasters and how to minimize its effects.
