QCC GPA Calculation Table Instructions

1. Fill in only the light green and light orange shaded areas. 2. To erase a value you've entered, select it and press delete. 3. There is room for up to 10 semesters. Thereafter, you will have to use a new sheet and average cumulative GPA's by hand. Fill in the tables in order from 1 to 10. 4. You may list courses that do not count towards your total GPA or courses you've retaken, however, do not put in the credits or total grade points because it will result in an incorrect GPA calculation. 5. Use the GPA Projection table to calculate what grades you need to get for the current or future semester in order to maintain your GPA, raise it, or determine how much it will drop if you are not doing well in a particular course. 6. If you want to alter the dark shaded cells, you must "unprotect" the sheet. Go to tools -> protection --> unprotect sheet
