Patriot Party Rentals LLC Rental Agreement, Liability Waiver and Acknowledgement of Risks 1.

No food, drinks, gum, shoes, glasses, jewelry, sharp objects, face paint, party poppers, silly string or anything that will damage or stain the equipment shall be on or near the rental unit(s). 2. Customer acknowledges that there are safety and operating instructions on the equipment delivered, has read and understands these instructions, and will operate or allow the equipment to be operated in accordance with these instructions. 3. Customer acknowledges receipt of all items listed in this rental agreement and that they are in good working order and condition. 4. Patriot Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for any damage to utilities, electrical lines, cables, sprinklers or any other property damage that results from the setup and installation of the unit(s). It is the customers responsibility to inform Patriot Party Rentals LLC where to setup the unit(s) and to have all utilities marked prior to setup. 5. Customer gives Patriot Party Rentals LLC the true right to enter the property for delivery, setup, and repossession of the unit(s). 6. In the event of high winds and or severe weather during the rental period (safety permitting), customer agrees to unplug, deflate and not use the unit(s) until the severe weather ends. 7. Customer agrees to pay for any cleaning or repairable damage to the unit(s) needed as a result of not abiding by this agreement. Customer agrees to pay the full purchase price of the unit(s) plus taxes, shipping and future loss of rental income if the unit(s) are stolen, damaged or stained beyond repair. 8. Rental fee set forth is payable in full and in advance of setup. Cancelations within 24 hours of the rental reservation date will be charged 20% of the total standard rental price. 9. There are no warranties of merchantability of fitness either expressed or implied. The customer or organization renting this equipment from Patriot Party Rentals LLC will be held responsible and liable for any and all damage to the equipment and or property and or injury occurring for any reason whatsoever. 10. Lessee understands and acknowledges that playing on or around and amusement device entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participant. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Patriot Party Rentals LLC harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. Lessee hereby releases and hold harmless, Patriot Party Rentals LLC from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of the leased equipment. Patriot Party Rentals LLC cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot Party Rentals LLC from any loss, damage, theft or destruction of equipment during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof. 11. I have read and understand completely, this rental agreement, liability waiver and acknowledgement of risks, in its entirety. I execute it freely without duress of any kind and agree to the terms herein stated. 12. OVERNIGHT RENTALS: Lessee understands and acknowledges that the blower will be stored in a secure and locked location if kept overnight.
