Dinner Packages
Seated Dining or Buffet Selections
Choose one from each of the four main headings. Warm bread, butter, water, ice tea, and coffee are included with dinner. For Buffets, choose a salad, a veggie, two meats and two starches.

I. THE SALADS
California A medley of Garden Greens topped with Roma Tomato Wedges, English Cucumber Slices, Red Onion Slivers, topped with Garlic-Parmesan Croutons and Blue Cheese or Feta Cheese Crumbles with our Creamy Barolo Dressing Caesar Romaine Lettuce with Roma Tomato Wedges or Cherry Tomato Halves with house-made Garlic-Parmesan Croutons, freshly grated Parmesan Cheese and our own Caesar Dressing Spinach Has the Blues Bed of Fresh Spinach Greens topped with Red Apple Slices, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Toasted Walnuts and our special Raspberry Vinaigrette

Chicken Scarpariello Sauted Boneless Breast with Garlic, Shallots and Fresh Rosemary, finished with Sherry Wine, Lemon and Butter Chicken Marsala Boneless Chicken Breast lightly floured and sauted, braised with Mushrooms, Shallots and Cream Chicken Francesca Pounded and floured dredged Chicken Breast dipped in Egg Wash, sauted in Lemon, Butter and White Wine, served with a Lemon Glaze Poulet au Champagne Boneless Chicken Breast lightly floured and sauted, finished with Brandy, Champagne, Mushrooms, Shallots, and Cream Bourbon Glazed Pork Loin Dijonaise Slow roasted Pork Loin glazed with Bourbon and Brown Sugar, drizzled with Dijon Mustard, Sherry and Cream Pork Tenderloin Madeira Flame seared Pork Tenderloin Medallions, served with a reduction of Madeira Wine, Mushrooms and Shallots Steak Alexander Teriyaki marinated Shoulder Tenderloin fire grilled and thinly sliced, finished with Brandied Mushroom Sauce and a side of Horseradish and Cream

CAROLINA BARBEQUE
This selection is offered as an alternative to the traditional menus above. It includes BBQ plus the listed side dishes. House-made cornbread muffins and yeast rolls with whipped butter along with water, ice tea, and coffee are included with dinner. Carolina Style Pork Barbecue and Apple Marinated Grilled Chicken Boston Pork Butts and Apple Marinated Whole Chickens slow roasted over Hickory Coals, then hand chopped and served with both Eastern Style and Lexington Style BBQ Sauces. Accompanied by: o Baked Three Bean Medley (Navy, Kidney and Black Beans in a vegetarian friendly Spicy Tomato Based Sauce) o Southern Style Potato Salad or Baked Macaroni and Cheese o Cole Slaw (shredded Fresh Cabbage in our own dressing)

CHILDRENS PLATE

II. COLD HORS DOEUVRES


(Choose five) Fresh Melon and Smoked Ham An old world classic - Honeydew or Cantaloupe rolled in Prosciutto Ham. Meat and Cheese Tea Sandwiches or Mini Croissants and Sliders Tea Sandwiches are made on Dark Breads using Assorted Meats and Cheese Minis are filled with Deli Ham, our own 0ven baked Roast Beef or Turkey Breast. Vegetable Relish Display A bouquet of Fresh and Marinated Vegetables such as Asparagus, Mushrooms and Artichoke Hearts arranged around a Bowl of Dip. Mediterranean Chips and Dip Traditional Hummus Dip served with Pita Chips and Mini-Baguette Rounds and toppings of Feta cheese, diced Mediterranean Olives and Sundried Tomatoes. Antipasto Skewers Made with a colorful arrangement of Mozzarella Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, a wedge of Tender Artichoke Heart, a Genoa Salami slice and a Kalamata Olive, brushed with Italian dressing. Smoked Salmon Canape Smoked Salmon on French Bread with Horseradish and decorated with Cream Cheese and Capers.

III. HOT HORS DOEUVRES
(Choose four) Cocktail Meatballs Sirloin of Beef ground, sauted and served in Bourbon Sauce. Mini-Sausages Petite Beef and Pork Sausages served with a Sweet and Sour Sauce. Fiesta Vegetable Quesadillas A new kind of Quesadillas - filled with Peppers, Tomatoes, Onions, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Mini Quiche Bite-size Tart Shells filled with Quiche mixture. Mini Crab Cakes Lump Crab Meat Cakes served with a Tangy, House-made Tartar Sauce. Ravioli in Vodka Sauce Three Cheese Ravioli served in a Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce. Shrimp or Chicken Spring Rolls Wrapped and gently fried Chinese Vegetables and Shrimp or Chicken served with a Tangy Asian Sauce.

Pricing
Seated dining, buffets, and heavy hors doeuvres are priced at $62.50 per person. Food Stations are an extra $5.00 per person which includes a chef station (pasta or carving). Vegetarian meals are available at regular price. There is no charge for children 3 and under. This pricing includes: china, crystal and silver place settings; tables, chairs, linens, and wait staff.
