Should an exhibitor use their own lights or electrical appliances, they MUST have a valid visible Australian Standards approval stamp and be tested and tagged. No person will be allowed to carry out electrical work within the exhibition without the authority of Perth Expohire. No order will be installed until payment is received in full. All equipment is on a hire basis and prices include installation, hire and removal. No exhibitor shall put any electrical or promotional material on the lighting track or any light fitting. An exhibitor shall ONLY plug tagged appliances into approved power points supplied in your stand. Photos in that catalogue are for illustration purposes only and may vary from what is actually installed. Please notify Perth Expohire onsite of any disparity relating to your order, no claim will be recognised after the event. If 24 hour power is required, please contact the event organiser. Payment and this form must be received at Perth Expohire 14 days prior to setup of the exhibition. Order is not confirmed without full payment. Early orders receive priority. Onsite orders and changes will be subject to a minimum $120 callout charge, with the exception of 3 Phase power which will be subject to an additional 30% charge. Any onsite orders or changes to installed electrical items will incur an additional minimum $25 per item. All goods delivered then cancelled will be charged for inclusive of cartage. Rates shown are for duration of the event, not exceeding 8 days.
