• 505 Temporary Adhesive Spray
• Isacord Polyester Embroidery Thread

• Continue serging until the needles catch
the elastic. Then stretch the elastic tightly

SERGE THE ELASTIC:


• Set the serger for a balanced 4-thread
stitch with regular tension settings, but
the LONGEST STITCH LENGTH POSSIBLE.
• Mark (but do not cut) a dot 27” from one
end of the elastic. (This is the point that
ideally should be the end of the elastic.
However, do not worry too much if it does
not.)
• Begin serging for about 2" and stop.
