Coca-Cola India is the countrys largest beverage company and manufactures non-alcoholic soft drink, orange drink, lemon drink, juice drink, energy drink, packaged water, soda, tea and coffee business. The Company also sells certain powdered beverage mixes such as Vitingo and Fanta Fun Taste. Almost all its product is a brand in itself. New Delhi, 23 July 2012: Coca-Cola India has started Limca Book of Records Quiz 2012. It is an endeavour to provide young minds of the country an opportunity to showcase their knowledge and aptitude. It Will cover 4,000 schools in 80 cities in its quest to discover young quizzing champions of India. Rajasthan, July 14, 2012: Coca-Cola India joins hands with NGO 'SARD' to dedicate revitalized school in Alwar District under the "Support My School" Campaign. The campaign aims to create a happy and healthy environment in schools for children across India by providing basic amenities such as access to water and proper toilets for girls and boys, enabling them to study in a cleaner, healthier and a more holistic environment. New Delhi, June 26, 2012: Coca-Cola, the largest beverage company of India, today announced that they are targeting additional US$3 Billion investment to Support Long-Term, Sustainable Growth in India.

Coca-Cola India reported 20 % volume growth in the quarter ended June 29th 2012. Sprite sales grew 29 per cent in India in the last quarter. In 2011, Coca-Cola was recognized as Indias most trusted beverage brand as well as the most exciting youth brand in the country. 24 consecutive quarters of growth and 17 of these quarters have seen double digit growth. Coca-Cola India also ranked amongst the top five most respected FMCG companies in India. In 2011, Coca-Cola and NDTV join hands to launch the "Support My School" Campaign, which is aimed at creating more than 100 model schools in India. Each of the 100 schools will receive improved access to water and gender-specific sanitation, infrastructure for water conservation and rainwater harvesting, landscape improvement, library construction, teacher training, and new sports facilities. Coca-Cola India is one of the few companies in India to have made contribution to recharging groundwater and uses less water. In 2011, the Company launched Coke Studio, a fusion music show in partnership with MTV, which became a national phenomenon with 712,000 Facebook fans, over 2.5 million hits on YouTube and close to 10 million downloads on mobile platforms.
