WAX EMULSION BASED CONCRETE CURING COMPOUND
DESCRIPTION JetCure WB75 is a ready to use concrete curing membrane used to prevent water evaporation from the concrete surface. When applied to fresh cementitious surfaces, JetCure WB75 forms a continuous non penetrating surface film. This film also provides a barrier preventing moisture loss ensuring efficient cement hydration. BS7542 JetCure WB75 is used for curing concrete in applications such as runways, concrete aprons, highways, bridges, parking decks etc. To prevent premature water loss from concrete. Provides visual guidance on application to assist uniform coverage. Ready to use. Protects concrete moisture against sun, wind and rain. Solvent free, no noxious fumes. Single coat and easy application. Reduces incidence of plastic or shrinkage cracking. Ensures required strengths reached. No need for other costly curing methods. Labour saving. STANDARD USES

ADVANTAGES

JetCure WB75 is supplied ready for use, and must not be diluted with water before application. It should be sprayed at the earliest opportunity to all exposed green concrete surfaces. In the case of horizontal surfaces, JetCure WB75 should be applied as soon as the bleed or laitance water has evaporated. During application, JetCure WB75 appears as a white milky liquid and remains so for a short period, which provides a visual guide to its complete and even coverage. As it dries, it gradually becomes transparent forming a colourless membrane. All equipments should be cleaned with water immediately after application paying particular attention to the thorough cleaning of spray jets and moving parts. If equipment is left unused for any length of time then it may be necessary to use a solvent.

SPRAYING EQUIPMENT

JetCure WB75 can be applied by various types of spraying equipment i.e. knapsack or motorised sprayer. 5.5 m2 per litre/coat. Clean all equipments and tools with clean water Stir well before use. Gloves, goggles & normal mask must be worn Contact with skin, eyes, etc must be avoided, if not may cause irritation In case of contact with skin wash with water & splashes in the eyes should be washed out with copious amounts of clean water. Seek medical attention . JetCure WB75 is non-flammable.
