About Standard Group

Started in the year 1990, The Standard Group was established by the Garg Family based in kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. With a humble background, the group took a lead In the market as a major raw material supplier and a process house for the detergent industry. The company in its few years of establishment got associated with companies such as P&G and HUL. Standard is still one of the major suppliers for P&G India, Colgate, Henkel India & Diversey India. In 2006, standard ventured into the field of trading and is now representing Indian Oil Corporation for its products; paraffin wax and polymers in Uttar Pradesh The Standard Group has also gained major presence in the tyre and rubber industry with its sister concern Standard Ganpati Merchandise pvt. ltd. SGMPL is operating its trading and indenting activities via its office in Mumbai, and is a major supplier for tyre manufacturers such as MRF , APPOLO and CEAT tyres.
