We will try for your complete satisfaction and endeavor to provide safe and secured journey without any misunderstanding between the Tour escort, company and you. It is specifically made clear to the purchase of this ticket that, this issued is subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned in our brochure, offices, website www.southerntravelsindia.com or any other sites selling our tours/Hotels. Passengers, in their own interest, are advised to read and understand the booking conditions. However some of the terms and conditions are mentioned here for your ready reference: 1. Tirumala Devasthanam Darshan will be arranged in Rs.50/- Special Darshan queue which is subject to availability of the tickets.
Else Darshan will be arranged in General/Free Darshan queue , wherein such cases Rs.50/- shall be refunded.

2. STPL reserves the right to alter the scheduled program in case of unavoidable circumstances. However, the places as mentioned in the itinerary will be covered. 3. Passengers are requested to report, at least 30 minutes before the departure of the bus. No refund shall be made, if the tourists fail to turn up on time. 4. Southern Travels Pvt. Ltd (STPL) reserves to itself the right to cancel the tour in the event of adverse weather conditions, poor visibility, fire, earthquake, landslides, political
disturbances, riot civil commotion, enemy action, terrorist activity, insurgency, war or any other natural calamities, inadequate booking, non-availability of buses, which are beyond the control of the company. If tour is cancelled due to any of the above circumstances, the actual amount received by STPL shall be refunded in full. It is, however, made clear that STPL shall not be responsible for, nor shall it entertain any claim for compensation or damages on any account under any circumstances.

5. According to the number of people in the tour, the vehicle can be changed from a bus to smaller vehicle like tempo traveler , Innova, Indica etc. In case of such changes no
food shall be provided. Customers will be refunded the money for food.

6. STPL shall not, in any way, be responsible for any loss or theft of goods or any property of the tourists in the bus or in the booking office. Luggage is carried at owners risk.
STPL shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay or inconvenience to the passengers during the journey either due to the breakdown of the vehicle or

due to any other cause / unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of STPL. No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle enroute or landslides or any other reason beyond the control of STPL.

7. STPL also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or in the opinion of STPL may constitute a risk to the persons on board.
The decision of STPL in this regard shall be final and binding on all concerned.

8. STPL expresses its inability to provide medical facilities in case anyone falls sick during the course of the journey. No refund is admissible for any part of the journey not
undertaken due to illness or for not turning up at the time announced at any intermediate places.

9. STPL arranges south Indian Vegetarian Food in some of the tours for the Guests. The meals provided to the guests are to be taken / consumes on schedule time and no claim
for the meals or any other eatables shall be entertained if the meal is missed / not taken during schedule time.

10. Accommodation is arranged in Hotels located either in the city or away from the city. The rooms arranged for the guests would be as it is basis and STPL will not be
responsible for any facilities provided in the hotels such as-air-conditioning, central heating etc

11. Rooms provided in triple sharing fare would be of a double bedded room with a roll away mattress for the third person. Most of hotels check in time is 12 PM and check out
is 10 AM. Early arrival or late departure shall be borne and adjusted by the guests themselves. STPL shall not be responsible for any loss of any valuables / baggage /belongings of the guests. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms by the guests shall be borne by the guests.
