INTRODUCTION:
Bullying is the use of force or coercion to abuse or intimidate others. The behavior can be habitual and involve an imbalance of social or physical power. It can include verbal harassment or threat, physical assault or coercion and may be directed repeatedly towards particular victims, perhaps on grounds of class, race, religion, gender, sexuality, appearance, behavior, or ability. Bullying may also be defined as the activity of repeated, aggressive behavior intended to hurt another person, physically or mentally. Bullying is characterized by an individual behaving in a certain way to gain power over another person. The victim of bullying is sometimes referred to as a "target". In every school there is at least one bully. Someone who thinks they are more powerful than most. Someone who puts other down to make themselves bigger. Bullies exist not because they are bigger or stronger or bigger or cooler or better, but because they make people think they are all of these things. In reality, bullies are just regular kids looking for attention and a way to feel important. A new study says that, if you're a teen today, you're one of many who are on the giving or receiving end of bullying. And the younger teens have it worse. Almost a third of teens, in fact, either are bullies or are bullied, a new study of 16,000 students found. This study shows different factors why the teens involved in this situation whether if they are the bully or the victim. This research represents that the youth generation of today is indeed different in the way of social interaction. Thus, this research implies that bullying highly impacted the lives of teenagers today.

HYPOTHESIS:
Bullying can be noticed and can be experienced in every school. Every student is prone in this case or situation and only themselves had a choice if they will become the bully or the victim of bully.

MAJOR PROBLEMS:
The major problem in the bullying case is because the doer of the said case in our present is most often a child. In this case we can see that the often victims is a just a child. Therefore, the victims may be scared to tell the truth in their teachers and parents. As time passed by, a lot of bullies case is growing in a way that we cannot see, but now at least there are bully cases that are solved. In my opinion the main problem in this case is the lack of guidance of parents to their child, so the child is looking for attention by seeing them in BULLYING.

STATEMENT OF THE FACT:

What is bullying? At first glance, many people might think this behavior is easy to define. Their first image of bullying might be of a physically intimidating boy beating up a smaller classmate. While that can still be considered bullying today, parents need to know that bullying behaviors can be much more complex and varied than the stereotype. For example, harmful bullying can also occur quietly and covertly, through gossip or on the Internet, causing emotional damage. As a starting point lets consider a few other features that have been included in definitions of bullying. Although definitions vary from source to source, most agree that an act is defined as bullying when: The behavior hurts or harms another person physically or emotionally. The targets have difficulty stopping the behavior directed at them, and struggle to defend themselves. Many definitions include a statement about the imbalance of power, described as when the student with the bullying behavior has more power, either physically, socially, or emotionally, such as a higher social status, is physically larger or emotionally intimidating. Many definitions also include: The types of Bullying: The behavior can be overt, with physical behaviors, such as fighting, hitting or name calling, or it can be covert, with emotionalsocial interactions, such as gossiping or leaving someone out on purpose. Intent of the part of the student with bullying behavior: It is intentional, meaning the act is done willfully, knowingly, and with deliberation to hurt or harm, but there is some controversy with this statement as some assert that not all bullying behavior is done with intent or that the individual bullying realizes that their behavior is hurting another individual. Distinction about amount and duration: Many definitions indicate that the bullying is repeated, but the reality is that bullying can be circumstantial or chronic. It might be the result of a single situation, such as being the new

student at school, or it might be behavior that has been directed at the individual for a long period of time. The implications for all students: It is also important to note that bullying is not just about the implications for those targeted by the behaviors, but that the behavior can impact all students in the school, including those who witness the behavior and those that engage in the behavior.

Additional factors: these can include; the differentiation between bullying and harassment, enumeration of protected classes, statements around the use of technology, how the behavior impacts educational performance and the physical locations that would fall under the jurisdiction of school sanctions. A basic guideline for your child is this: Let the child know that if the behavior [of another student] hurts or harms them, either emotionally or physically, its bullying.

ANALYSIS OF THE FACT:

This study was created to know what, why, how bullying did exists and how did it became bullying. Bullying came from sort of reasons that made a child, teenager, even adult to do things unnecessary to other people. They may have a reason why they are doing this because they dont like the person, they enjoy bullying others, and they find power in bullying others. There are types of bullying that arise from distrust, fear, and misunderstanding, lack of knowledge or jealousy. These are some reason why many people in their adolescents age experienced being bullied or being the bully. Many people admitted that they experienced bullying in their childhood and adolescents stage. And after some time they also become bully because of what they have experienced. Other says that they bully people to get the attention of other people or even their parents. At some point most of the bullies are not getting enough care and attention, and find their ways to the caring of their friends or other people. The most affected in this issue or case are almost the people because bullying doesnt choose if youre a young, old. All of us can be a victim of bullying. Therefore in this Analyzing the problem bullying is the reason why many people are not so sociably to other people and find them self alone. So this case study is made because we might find the right answer to prevent bullying.

CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION:

Bullying is not fun as one thinks. Maybe its fun for the ones who are bullying but the one being bullied are the ones suffering more than them. This is wrong. Bullying is not a fun experience to begin with. Evil people are the ones who always start bullying. Problems concerning with bullying keep on multiplying everyday. By learning some of the facts surrounding bullying, hopefully you will be better prepared to handle a situation that you might be faced with. The best way to stop bullying is that the one being bullied must report the incident happened to the higher ups; it could be your family. When bullying occurred in school, one must report this to the officials of the school. If you see someone being bullied, you can help them by also reporting it to the officials so that they would find a way to stop this.
