ATIONS (By
OS-NR) :

Action to be
taken by

Present status

a)

In case of auto
control failure,
the desk operator
has to take quick
action for
controlling the
drum level. To
deal with
indication
discrepancies,
Hydrastep is
generally more
dependable since
it gives direct
indication of
both LHS &
RHS.

b)

The reason for

failure of auto
control also
needs to be
investigated and
addressed. Auto
control should
not fail with the
failure of one
transmitter.

c)

Any leakage in
impulse line of
critical
instruments
should be
attended
immediately
after obtaining
permission from
operation by
means of
suitable safety
documents
(LWC/PTW).Ne
cessary
precautions has
to be taken ( like
suspending the
instrument
service) to
prevent unit
?equipment
tripping before
commencing of
repair job.
