COMPANY BACKGROUND
BaiyiLed Europe B.V. (Situated in the Netherlands) is the direct sales and customer support office of Shanghai Baiyi Lighting Electronic Co. Ltd in Europe. Shanghai Baiyi Lighting Electronic Co. Ltd was founded in 2007. The company is located in the Industrial park of Shanghai Zhujiajiao, formerly part of the ancient town of Chung Ling Yuk Sau. The park is situated in an ideal location with convenient transportation facilities. Baiyi Lighting is a high-tech enterprise which specializes in the developing, manufacturing, marketing and servicing of LED Lighting, LED Driver, and Electrocar Chargers. The company has attained both ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications. Baiyi Lighting possesses advanced technology, strong R&D capabilities and has an advanced R&D laboratory. It has an established base of production, learning, and research with Shanghai University. Based on independent research and development, Baiyi Lighting provides a series of low light decay & high brightness LED products including; LED tubes, LED bulbs, LED street lights, LED tunnel lights, LED mining lights, LED floodlights and LED indication lights. Our products have been utilized by the Metro industry, Environment Protection Department, Municipal council and Enterprises such as the Shanghai Metro, Guangzhou Metro, Chongqing Metro as well as the World Expo Safety inspection entrance. Our products are also substantially exported to Europe, America, Japan and many other parts of the world

R&D AND QUALITY CONTROL

Technical research and product development is an internal motivation for company developing. Baiyi as one of the an industry leader in China, it invests 8% of its annual turnover on R&D and endeavors to develop LED lighting application to a more efficient and more green light source. Baiyi actively carry out research communications with corresponding national department as well as academic institutions. To keep pace with the development of advanced LED technology, Baiyi also cooperates with well known transnational lighting companies. Over 100 patents we obtained which has been as reflection of Baiyi's achievement on the LED lighting technology development. Baiyi Lighting carries a strict quality control system according to GB/T19001-2008 and ISO9001:2008. Baiyi also made its own production and quality control policy of "Three Standardization, Three Inspection and Three no Allowing" It means standardization of production instruction, on-site operation and on-site placing; Inspection of Incoming material, processing and finished goods; Baiyi also constantly analyze and assess its production and quality control system for continuous improvements. Strong and professional R&D: With our own National standard laboratory, a team of over 30 staff with years lighting experience. We have obtained expert consulting group specializing in semiconductor physics, electronic technology, lighting & optical technology, thermodynamics, enterprise management.
