Background: This case study is about Little Wombats kindergarten which provide child care services to childrens, they have many branches running with children between 50 to 70, the business ensures all the teachers in

the kindergarten classes are qualified and the child care givers are trained. From our assignment case studies, we wants have a look at what are the threads facing by Little Wombats kindergarten, in the new era there are many ways to reduce problem faced by people using Information Technology facilities. 1. It s is not so easy to open kindergarten because the person should have a big capital to make a place for kindergarten, have certification approval from government to start up the business, the person who running the business should give insurance for the students life when they are in the school

Recommended system that supported by IT/IS In the current situation childrens are more attractive with colorful and digital device technology, if the kindergarten provides learning system with using notebook and i-pad, the fees paid by the parents are reasonable and also the students get full attention with their studies. Nowadays there are so many private kindergarten but parents are not satisfied with their childrens study to make that sure we should provide the students good facilities of studies and education service and make their parents happy.

portal screen shots we can know that he have to take a look at the stock level, and staffs who are absent and special arrangements made by parents to their children transportation.

2.According to miss geetha raj portal log in information we know that she gets information on casual care booking info, staff information who are available and students monthly payment details with their outstanding and parents info, this system will help geetha to get know their student info very easily, if we take student monthly payment manually the record will never get efficient and perfect,otherwise this portal record system maintain their record up to date.

3.From this screen-shot information we get know that miss doubtfire is arranging on students care taking part on their health every day, this work with parents collaboration because every day when their parents send their childrens to the kindergarten they just need to open their Little Wombat parents portal and add information on the current day situation of their children, so that the care takers at the kindergarten will provide service based on their parents daily report.

4.Based on Mr. and Mrs. Smith parents portal information they can view their children daily progressive report and their daily activities on online video. This system will help the parents to make sure their children daily study record and they can make the children to do more revision on the subject they cannot did well so that the children education improvement will increase day by day. After that the video report of their children class activities, is a good and new invention for the parents that they can see their children at right place on right time.
