Frotn the nine period of August 20* to September 25,2001,1 attended DC-10 aircraft
initial flight training. This training was fioided by the Federal Aviation Administration
and occurred during my normal scope of duties as an FAA Aviation Safely Inspector.
This training was conducted through Pun Am International FHgJrt Academy, (PAIFA).
PAIFA is located in the Northwest Airlines Training ferility in Eagan, Minnesota.

time in the Boeing 747 flight simulator, withinaaircraft ground training requested. Since
Moussaoui was not an airline pilot attending a company sponsored program, it was more
troubling. Also, Moussaoui indicated that he did not want instruction on how to talcc-off
or land the aircraft, only how to fly and maneuver it once atrborne-

place during the time period of August 20,2001 and September 25,2001. My mane is
