Dear Parent Please send the following information regarding your ward for filling up class IX CBSE Board Registration form. The same information will be reflected on the CCE Certificate issued by CBSE at the end of class X. Kindly note that Additional 6th subject FIT is compulsory for all Hindi students while French and Sanskrit students can opt for either FIT or Hindi Course B In additional subjects FIT will be taught in computer periods while for Hindi Course B students will have to prepare on their own. Formative assessments and summative assessments for additional subject will be taken in the month of August/September and February/March in Term I and II respectively. Date of birth will be taken from school records as provided by the parents at the time of admission. Spellings of all names will also be taken from school records. In case of any changes please bring the affidavit along with notification in any two daily newspapers. In case of SC/ST/OBC relevant documents to be submitted with this form. In case of physically disabled/ learning disabilities relevant documents to be submitted with this form
